I rested in Insula with my husband and daughter of 8 years. Were the first time abroad. Since I rested in good places within Russia, I could also feel and compare everything. The hotel as a whole really liked! First, the advantages of the hotel: a small territory - it is very convenient to let your child go and not be afraid that something could happen to him, since almost the entire pool and the surrounding area are visible from the main restaurant; new rooms - I read reviews and heard from one woman in the bar that they saw ants in the rooms somewhere, but our room was in the main building and we didn’t find any living creatures there, everything is very clean, comfortable, all the furniture is new; hotel staff - behaves in such a way that, on the one hand, they always try to eliminate shortcomings at your request, and on the other hand, they seem to be invisible at all (not intrusive), the rooms have Internet great, every day posted new photos for relatives on the network to see that everything is fine with us) I really want to note the work of the gardener - I don’t know who and when cuts and cleans everything there, but it’s very beautiful! Separate respect to the animators - very active guys, they give everything 100% I am very glad that I learned to play bocha and curling (the only wish for the hotel in this part is that 90% Russian-speaking tourists rest, and all calls are first in English, then in German and only then in Russian... the children sit and wonder what my aunt said there)) I also really liked that nearby in the village of Konakli there is where to take a walk in the evening to change the situation, you can also buy any little thing (from shampoo, to medicines, slippers for the sea and souvenirs) and clean up (there are hairdressers). I immediately say that the prices there are fixed conditionally and you can always make a "pug" and throw off $ 10 for the service (this concerns the hairdresser, I threw off up to 50% on goods). We also took advantage of several excursions right across the road (the service is the same, only the bus that will take you will be 10 seats less, and everything else is the same), the difference is obvious, a classic trip on a yacht for three of us cost us 30% - unforgettable experience.
Now briefly about the cons: I didn’t like the boors, some kind of lure, they showed beautiful photos, but for the price twice as much as 10 minutes. walk from the hotel they brought and put the four of us on one round table and smeared our common dirt back and forth, everything is put on stream, there is no hygiene (fu, I’ll end here, I hope the hotel representatives read the reviews and draw conclusions). I also consider it a minus that there was a small selection of fruits: for two weeks we were served only watermelons with melons, sometimes they put out a plate with apples and sour yellow cherry plums (when we went to the airport from other hotels, vacationers said that they served strawberries and oranges every day), Fortunately, I am calm to fruits and it did not bother me. And of course the beach: I was driving on "pebble-sand", and my legs really hurt, especially on hot stones. By the way, I was a little offended, last year we rested on the quartz sand of Anapa and my daughter expected to see the same thing... Well, nothing, there are two options here: who wants to go to Insulu and cannot live without the sea - comfortable rag slippers are sold on the market - buy , we went to the beach 3-4 times in 12 days, we liked it very much in the pool (by the way, it’s always clean, the kids are crazy about it) Maybe the review turned out to be not entirely unambiguous, but I want to say one thing - there are much more pluses than minuses and most minuses can be avoided if you prepare in advance.
