I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. In principle, I liked everything. Since I was in the mood for a positive rest, I did not have a goal to look for flaws and find fault : )
There were some moments that personally did not suit me, but all people are different! In principle, when compared with a vacation in the Crimea for the same money, the hotel can be given 10 stars))))
The rooms are small, but bright and well-maintained, cleaned every day, towels are changed at your request. We had enough food, there was variety, there was meat too! Many in the reviews complain about the lack of strawberries and cherries. But honestly, you can hardly please our people! For a moment I imagined a "battle" for her and I perfectly understand why these fruits were not given. I once witnessed how they put out a dish with peaches for lunch - they scooped up two plates at once, and just in their hands, and all the family in a row at once! They were probably afraid that they would get little for the money paid... (although when the first dish with peaches ended, the second was immediately taken out). I think, even if they gave a kilogram in hand, there would still be dissatisfied!
And for example, I liked that there were watermelons and melons : ) In Kyiv, before the start of the season, you still have to wait a month and a half, and then you can already eat from the belly)))
The only thing that bothered me (but this has nothing to do with the work of the hotel) was the CHILDREN!!! ! There were VERY MANY of them and it seemed that they had come out of the forest yesterday... They ran around the restaurant, took food with their hands, yelled, they could just sit down at your table and sit... Where were their parents? I have my own opinion on this matter. . . So don't expect a relaxing holiday if you go to Insulu : )
Separately, I will say about the animation team. Yes, the guys are great, but sometimes too intrusive. Maybe someone likes it when they are begged to go to some water polo))), I don’t! Sometimes they went too far, which I wanted to explain in Russian, but thank God, it didn’t come to that)))
