Cleaned up perfectly, almost every day they wrapped swans out of towels for us and strewn the beds with flower petals. The pool is large enough, divided in half by a bridge. If, for example, water aerobics is carried out on one half, then on the second half it was possible to swim calmly. My daughter really liked the mini-club and the animators who worked with the children (especially Maka), at this time I could calmly go about my business. I liked the Latin American dance classes (many thanks to the super-animator, professional ballroom dancer Georgia! ) In general, the animation is without vulgarity and at a high level - all the guys are great! We have never been hungry. For breakfast there were 15 types of hot buns. They ate watermelon. I calmly went shopping with my daughters to Alanya, 20 minutes by bus one way. The city is quite safe, everyone is friendly, prices are much cheaper than in Konakli. On the way back, I showed the first bus driver I came across a hotel bracelet, he clarified the route on my fingers, it’s impossible to get lost. Advice on what and where to buy, as well as how to get there, was given by Russian-speaking girls - hotel workers in the sauna. The hotel has a great massage therapist - in 1 session he removed the symptoms of chronic spleen. During my stay at the hotel, I did not hear that someone was poisoned or sick, including babies. There were always free sunbeds on the beach, beach towels were issued free of charge. Also on the beach, not only pebbles, but also sand, from which the children sculpted with pleasure.
Didn't like it: one of the employees at the reception is a complete boor who hates people. We got it the day we arrived. He stated that there were no available rooms and offered me and my child to stay in a family room for a day with strangers whom I saw for the first time in my life! When I, shocked by such a proposal, tried to call the tour operator, I was rude, saying: "Call Putin at least, I don't care! " As a result of "bloody battles" a room was found for us, but without a balcony. Advertising that all rooms with balconies is a lie. The room with a bathroom in a standard room is so small that the washbasin almost hangs over the toilet. Take shampoo with you if you don't want to buy it for average money! Music is always loudly playing near the pool, if you want peace - either in your room or by the sea. The food is very monotonous, all 15 types of breakfast buns differ only in appearance, they taste the same. In addition to watermelons, there were inedible unripe melons, reinforced concrete apples and plums. There were no other fruits, no juices and no ice cream either. Ice cream could be bought near the hotel for 15-20 dollars. Instead of juice, the vending machines had a drink like a powdered concentrate - a rare piece of rubbish. Locals come to the beach, sometimes with dogs, who are allowed to pee and swim next to the children of tourists. Instead of urns, there were two flower pots on the beach, which is probably why the whole beach was littered with cigarette butts. Free sun loungers were usually in the sun, without awnings.
Summary: the hotel does not correspond to 5 *, but it is not the worst hotel.
