Rested from May 27 to June 07.2012. The vacation was wonderful. The daughter said: “I knew it would be good, but SO !!!... » We left with tears in our eyes, and the daughter with sobs, the animators had to calm down. Now in order. The hotel is small but very comfortable, close to everything. Close to the beach, as part of the hotel. The administration is friendly, any issue can be resolved. We were immediately settled in a room with an unsightly view and a bird's nest with chicks on the balcony. Without unpacking, we turned to the reception and they moved us immediately without any problems. The rooms are not big, but everything you need is located comfortably, the furniture is new. Cleaning in the room is normal! Yes, the floor is not washed thoroughly in the corners, but at home we do not wash it every day. And we only slept in the room! Bed linen is not changed daily, but after 1-2 days. Do we do this more often at home? And if you want this, then you need to choose a hotel that is “cooler” and for 2-3 times more money. But even there no one will “wash your feet”! Many people say that the tablecloths are dirty. By the beginning of the meal, everyone is clean, and if someone did it inaccurately, you can’t change it in one second, especially when there are a lot of eaters at that moment. The flooded ones are changed immediately, but forgive me with a little speck. . . But the "a la carte" restaurant is always clean, that's why it's a restaurant. The food is excellent! Many write that there is no meat or little. Daily chicken, fish, veal or lamb, turkey. There is always porridge for breakfast! (True, very sweet, sugar could be added to taste). There are not enough fruits. There were never strawberries and cherries on our trip, although there was a season for them. But this does not matter either - in the village everything was 2 dollars per kilogram. Spend an extra $10 for your loved ones on vitamins. Same thing with ice cream. After all, many people buy alcohol outside the hotel, and that's okay. This is their right. Yes, low-alcohol beer (the bar at the reception is good, and Turkish coffee is prepared there). Can you imagine: how would vacationers behave in the heat and what would happen to them? And teetotalers and children to look at it? Why do hotels need these problems? Believe me: whoever wants to get drunk gets drunk. Only for this money you can drink at home for a month or a year (depending on what), but here they want to be in time in 1-2 weeks. The tour operator says: “each hotel independently determines the list of services in the ultra all inclusive system. ” Meet in advance or find out through reviews. In general, why regret the additional costs of a little money? After all, you are on vacation! And the expression: “I paid for everything” is inappropriate. After all, the price includes the services of a tour operator, and flight and transfer services, and insurance, and hotel services. So how can you make demands on a hotel that they are paid a lot and they don't provide what the holidaymakers want? Everywhere additional service for an additional fee. The only question is that everyone wants different things, but you can’t please everyone anyway. On vacation, you need to relax and enjoy life, and not “pick” the minuses. Don't get hung up on the little things. If you treat everything with kindness and understanding, everything will be fine! And with the rest you will be helped by ANNIMATION! In Insula, she is simply GREAT!! ! This is the merit of Nina. SMART!! ! Keep it up! This season there were no Karen and Gocha, we were immediately upset... But there were Chori ! , Valeni, George (we didn’t catch him in October) and others. Also delighted! The whole team is like twins - they complement each other. Parents with children have a rest as without children, because the children "live" with the animators. We went early for breakfast and then straight to the beach. So they could not wait until 10.00 - when will they crow? And then they happily added: “it started! ” The team has a day off on Saturday - do not believe it - boring stuff! In Insula, we were like in a pioneer camp for adults! It is interesting to watch everything, and when you participate it is doubly so. Our family has been awarded 10 diplomas!! ! All vacationers have a friendly attitude, everyone is glad to each other, at many events they get to know each other, communicate and live like a single family. And the OLYMPICS! It is impossible to tell - you must visit! Choose a race for two Fridays - you will definitely get into one of them. I heard a conversation of one pensioner at sea: “With this Olympiad about sleep, pills and my blood pressure, I forgot. ” So choose this hotel, you won't regret it!! ! But, in principle, it is only because of the animation. If they leave, we will leave too! In fact, let's go after them! And next time only Insula with Nina's team, no matter how much it costs (better less days). Less is better!! ! More than a month has passed since our vacation, but our souls are still there.
