Tour bought in Anex Tour. In Kyiv, office on the street. Antonovicha 125. We flew with Azur Air. Everything is as always clear and without delay, before that we flew 3 times with them and bought tours also at Anex, only in a different office. We drove to the hotel for 2.5 hours. They rested as a couple.

1. Settlement. Alas, he was not on the first day of rest. We were asked to leave our suitcases in the lobby, put on our bracelets, invited to come in for lunch, explaining that our room was not ready yet, it was being cleaned. The receptionist is a very unpleasant woman, hardly speaks English. Tired, since we didn’t sleep the night, we went for lunch, after dinner we returned to the reception and the same woman with a sly smile says that our room is occupied and we won’t be settled in any way today. We were in a wild shock! She began to offer us accommodation in other apartments, somewhere nearby, said that we would spend the night there, a taxi would come for dinner and take us to the Pera hotel, and then back for the night.

This option did not suit us at all.
We began to clarify what was the reason and how did it happen that the room we paid for was occupied by others? She began to say something nervously that they had some kind of problem with some kind of plane, and we didn’t understand the plane at all. We called the hotel manager and asked to explain the situation, but he did not speak English at all and also began to offer to take us not to the apartments, but to another hotel, very close and said that we had no choice and that the hotel was not bad, that we can go with him and look at him and that it is only for a day, and at 14.00 the next day we will be taken to Pera. In tears, I started calling our manager with the hope that she could influence this problem, but, unfortunately, it was not in her power, she said that there was an overbooking and we were unlucky that we had to agree to move for a day, but before that, look at another hotel so that it is no worse than the Pera hotel.
By the way, specifically, there are no complaints about our manager, she was constantly in touch and tried to solve something and reassure us. After talking with the manager, we tried with all our might to contact our guide, but the administrator categorically did not give his number, and the guide himself never appeared at the hotel at all, which is very strange and immediately arouses suspicion. We didn't see him the whole time and we couldn't get in touch with him. We had to agree to go to another hotel, the manager took us in his car with luggage to another hotel a block from Pera, it was called the Orient Suite hotel 3 *. It seems that at first glance it seemed to us that this hotel was better, it was much larger and the pool too. But, the territory of the hotel is dirty, mice ran around it, there were a lot of cats and there was a smell of cat urine.

Checking into this hotel took another half an hour, when we entered "our" room, we saw stained dirty walls, dusty curtains, washed towels, mold in the shower and toilet, the room was terribly smoky, the air conditioner in the second room did not work , there was a smell of sewage in the room, the cleaning lady was just finishing washing the floor, but this did not save the room.

The only pluses of this room were a large balcony, a clothes dryer, bed lighting and the fact that it was a two-room, but there were two of us ...The food at the hotel was the same as in Pera, only there were more types of alcohol at the bar and up to 11 We met the guide of this hotel from Anex tour and she assured us that this hotel is more expensive than Pera and it is much better here and that we are lucky, if we agree and insist, we will be left in this hotel without additional payments as compensation, we we believed and almost got used to the idea of staying at the hotel because we could not compare the rooms with Pera.

2. Check-in number 2 is already at Pera hotel at 14.00.
00 next day. Exactly at this time, the manager from Pera came for us, and we were just about to go to the beach without thinking about relocation, after all, we were assured and convinced that we were right, but no!! ! The manager said to check out and pack our bags, because there are no available rooms in this hotel, we didn’t think of checking it because there was a hurry and he was waiting for us. Having collected a new suitcase in a hurry, we went to Pera. We were given keys and a safe in hand (we didn't pay anything for it).

3. Our room was very good, large, clean, bright, the balcony overlooked the pool and the mountains were visible. The room had 3 beds, 1 single, clean shower room, all bedding and towels are new. It is immediately clear that the hotel is after a major renovation. We were very happy, as we chose the hotel ourselves based on reviews and photos. Cleaned in the room every day at will and very high quality.

4. The hotel staff is ordinary. It can be seen that the owner saves on employees.
The second administrator-guy speaks good English, we talked with him, Berman often left his workplace so as not to pour a lot, people were always looking for him. The rest tried and maintained cleanliness in the dining room and around. Dishes and glasses were always clean.

5. There was almost no variety in food on the table, just different food was cooked every day. But everything was delicious. I was a little surprised by the chicken navels (there were 1 time) and the constant nuggets or soy cutlets. It’s good that there was also 1 type of meat (chicken in different versions and versions, lamb cutlets, beef (not often), beef liver 1 time and fish (not often). The fish is delicious. There were always vegetables, 1 type of soup is always, there is no sweet , 1 kind of fruit always, often grapes or apples. Breakfasts are very poor, we almost missed everything. From alcohol, local vodka, gin and wine red or white, the first 3 days there was only red. The wine is not diluted, the vodka is terribly diluted, gin too Bring your own alcohol.
The bar is open until 22.30.

6. Wi-Fi catches in the dining room and near the bar, even at the reception and in the rooms, but only at the front door and very weak, when there are a lot of people it catches very badly everywhere (do not upload a photo), do not talk on viber.

7. The hotel's beach is a 10-minute walk through shops, cafes and pedestrian crossings. The beach is sooo dirty, on the gray sand you can find anything from cigarette butts, glasses to socks, a narrow coastline, in the high season you can’t lie on a bed, sunbeds are paid, we didn’t find out the cost, since we visited this beach 1 time on the first day , there are many cafes and restaurants along the beach, in some you can have a cheap meal. Entry into the sea in plates, which is very dangerous and inconvenient.

8. The location of the hotel is relatively close to the center, but you can’t walk in the heat, we went by bus (travel around the city with a person 4 lira). To the Cleopatra beach on foot 45 minutes (spotted). They also traveled by bus.
We also went to the Incekum beach (fine sand in Turkish). There is a bay, a gentle entrance, there are never waves, for children and those who swim poorly, that's it. An hour drive from the bus station. To the bus station from the hotel on foot 25 minutes, you also have to go. We went to the river Dim-Chai. Bus 10 runs once an hour, travel from the hotel for an hour, stop 5 minutes from the hotel.

Summing up, despite the current unpleasant situation and hassle (until now we will not understand who "threw" us Anex tour or the owner of the hotel or both sides by agreement, because the guide never appeared at the hotel, we were very pleased with the rest, because we are active young people and took extra money with us so as not to sit in the hotel and went around Alanya up and down, climbed the fortress 2 times in the evening and in the afternoon, very beautiful!!!

I can’t recommend the hotel and don’t want to dissuade you, it’s up to you, but keep in mind that our situation in 3 * hotels in Turkey is widespread, as we later learned, we didn’t have this before, we rested at 5 * this time limited budget. Be prepared for this, especially during the high season. We consider ourselves lucky. By the way, Orient suite 3 * in mid-October, and we flew at the beginning for 8 nights 9 days was cheaper than Pera hotel, maybe because of the off season. Let's compare prices during the season.
