We initially booked a standard room for four, but upon arrival we decided to pay an extra $316 for a family room with two separate rooms.

We were placed in the second building, on the 7th floor, in a corner room with a mountain view. The large corner balcony offered a wonderful view of both the sea and almost the entire hotel grounds.

The room itself was clean, cozy, and quite comfortable.

We encountered our first problem almost immediately: the shower drain didn't work, causing water to flood the entire floor. We called the maintenance staff, and the problem was resolved fairly quickly.

The second issue was the water temperature in the shower. It was nearly impossible to keep it constant: the water alternately became hot and then cold. This was especially unpleasant when washing a small child.

Room Cleaning

There was an important detail here, although perhaps it was related to the location of our room.

We lived practically at the very end of the hallway, so cleaning usually didn't get to us until after lunch. And that's when our youngest child usually sleeps.
As a result, our room wasn't cleaned at all for two days in a row. This would likely have continued if I hadn't approached the manager in the lobby and requested that our room be cleaned at a specific time.

The issue was resolved after that.

Therefore, if you're traveling with a small child who has a nap schedule, I recommend discussing this issue with the staff immediately.

There was another strange issue with the towels. For some reason, they didn't collect the used towels, and over the course of several days, a whole mountain of them accumulated on our balcony.

Soundproofing

That's a whole other story.

There's practically no soundproofing here.

If your neighbors are, for example, two young women who like to drink, stay up late, play music at 5 a. m. , dance in high heels, and laugh loudly, you'll hear absolutely everything.

Moreover, it's so audible that you can clearly hear what your neighbors are talking about, even if they're not speaking particularly loudly.

Other than that, we had no further issues with the room over the course of seven days.

Food
The food is varied and delicious. Sometimes the dishes are repeated and the menu seems a bit monotonous, but overall, I'd give the food a solid 9 out of 10.

The selection is truly vast—there's something for almost everyone.

Grounds

There are no particular issues with the hotel grounds. Everything is fairly compact, and almost everything is within easy reach.

However, there's a caveat for those staying with a stroller and staying in the second building.

If the main restaurant is closed for cleaning, you'll have to go to the adjacent building, take the elevator to the first floor, then return through the lobby to your building, and then take the elevator again.

Of course, you can go directly up the stairs, but then you'll have to drag the stroller and your child up them.

Beach and Sea

The beach is mostly rocky.

Sand has been brought into the bay, but the sea is gradually washing it away, so in some places, the actual rocky seabed is revealed. Even in the part that visually appears sandy, you occasionally encounter quite sharp rocks underfoot.

There are several piers. Near them, there's practically no sand—the bottom is completely rocky.
Jumping from the piers is prohibited, which is understandable: the depth there is about 1.5 meters, and there are rocks below.

Beach Towels

The hotel uses a card system for beach towels. It's generally convenient, but there is one drawback.

Towels must be picked up and returned not near the beach itself, but in the hotel's spa area, which is quite far from the sea.

This means you have to make a special trip there each time.

Alcohol

I'd like to make a special comment about Turkish and imported alcohol.

The hotel has a dedicated lobby bar, which is only open in the evening until around 11:30 PM. It's there that imported alcohol is advertised.

But be careful.

If you don't ask for a specific drink and don't check exactly what you're served, you could very well end up with a Turkish equivalent instead of an imported one.

I know the taste of some drinks and cocktails well, so I was very disappointed by this attitude towards guests.
The other bars, of which there are quite a few, have a wide selection of drinks, but almost everything is generously doused with syrup. Therefore, if you don't like sugary cocktails, it's best to ask for them to be made without syrup, or at least with minimal syrup.

Beer, like some juices, also felt watered down. Therefore, I would recommend bottled beer.

The situation with juices is similar: the main restaurant had a normal concentration. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice.

In many other bars, the juices tasted practically like water to me.

And the most unpleasant situation happened before departure.

The day before our departure, our youngest child became very ill. He developed a high fever—up to 39°C—and had to be given antipyretic medication about every two hours.

We had a late flight, and the hotel transfer wasn't scheduled to arrive until around 10:00 PM.

That same evening, I went to reception and explained the situation. I wanted to either extend my stay until at least 4:00 PM or pay in full for another night.

I was told to come back the next morning to discuss the matter.
At the same time, I contacted our guide and asked him to help resolve the situation.

The next morning, on the day of departure, the guide wrote to me that it was impossible to extend the room and pay for an additional night—the hotel was supposedly fully booked.

They told me the same thing at reception.

So, after a practically sleepless night, we had to wait in the lobby for about 10 hours with a sick child in our arms, waiting for the evening transfer.

And this moment left perhaps the most unpleasant impression of the entire vacation.

I understand that the hotel could have been fully booked and there might have been no available rooms.

But during this entire time, they couldn't offer us any options—not even a small room where we could put our sick child with a fever to sleep for at least a couple of hours during his usual nap.

Conclusion

Overall, the hotel is good.

It's quite comfortable, family-friendly, and more suited for a relaxing holiday than a party.

Good food, compact territory, comfortable family rooms and overall a normal level of service.
But it's precisely these little details and isolated unpleasant situations that ultimately shape the overall impression.

And despite the fact that we had no critical problems during our seven days, I had no desire to return here again after this vacation.
