They swore for five days, they wanted to move out, but there were no places anywhere. I had to go to Cleopatra Beach, where there are paid sun loungers and umbrellas. On the beach at the hotel, my fellow travelers almost drowned, the waves are constantly dragging them into the depths, or hitting the stones, I didn’t dare to go even once. Healthy men came out with wounds on their legs and body, slippers will not save at all. It is very dangerous to let children in there. The pool at the hotel is small for such a number of vacationers and there are never free sunbeds, you go into the pool and take off your hair, everything that is near the pool is washed off in the evening. The kitchen is terrible, the salads are sour, the rest is impossible to eat at all, there are no particularly edible fruits or vegetables. The coffee glasses and plates are dirty, everything from the coffee is brown in satkans inside and outside too, as if they had never been washed at all. The plates are greasy and dirty, there are no forks all the time, the tables are always dirty, you can't find ashtrays, everything is disgusting and disgusting. Drinks, for some reason, after three days they began to give only two per hand, the queues are terrible, because. one bar for the whole hotel and it is both for the kitchen and as a lobby bar. On the beach, only terrible quality soft drinks, no beer or snacks. Everything is strictly on schedule, if you don’t have time for lunch, then there’s nothing to eat at all than all day until the evening. There is practically no choice in the kitchen, we went hungry, we had to go to the supermarket to buy at least something to eat. Water in the room two half liter first bottles for free, then everything is paid. Conder and safe constantly stuck. The apogee of the rest was that my sister and I were stuck in the elevator on the seventh floor, there was nothing to breathe there, the conder did not work, the phone in the elevator did not work, we barely got through to the visitors and they called people from the reception, they tried to do something for an hour , then somehow they raised the elevator between the seventh and eighth floors and broke the wall. We climbed out into a small hole in the wall, barely got out. Not a hotel, but a fairy tale. We wrote a complaint to the owner of the hotel, he did not even apologize to us and did not show himself, although we demanded a conversation with him. It feels like no one cares about anything. The staff is dirty and untidy, insolent. At the bar, like the bartender at first understood Russian, after five days he refused to understand, only English type and German. They do not make any boilers, only vodka and some kind of coloring garbage, it is impossible to drink. There were a lot of young people who have nothing to do at all, the animation is terrible and at 12 everyone turns off the lights everywhere and do what you want, neither drink nor talk, only in the dark. What a strict regime. Everyone they met there was in terrible discontent and also complained, the Germans were generally horrified. Do not go to this hotel for anything, this is not a vacation, but nerves for your big money.
In other hotels, we did not know what the managers looked like, here we already knew all the managers by sight and constantly went to swear. Their vaunted Wi-Fi is either non-existent or almost non-existent.
This is just a nightmare, not a hotel.

The only three people who are trying to do anything are Zara at the reception, Jenken the animator and one of the night managers, but three people in this nightmare are nothing.
