So, let's get down to the detailed description of the Sunstar Hotel. The hotel itself positions itself as a five-star hotel, but objectively it can be assessed as a solid 4 stars.
The hotel is located quite far from the airport. Taking into account the fact that the bus first brings those who are closer, the transfer takes a little more than 3 hours. Upon arrival, it immediately became clear that the attitude of the staff towards the guests is not the warmest. Basically, everyone is kind as long as they need something from you. But more on that later.
What I didn’t really like about this hotel is the intrusive service when they need something from you and indifference when you ask for something that they should do for free. Immediately after arrival and lunch, we went to explore the hotel and went down to the spa complex at the hotel. I must say right away that apart from just looking more, DO NOT GO THERE!! ! There is a sauna, a hammam, a salt cave, massages and BOOR ATTITUDE! We were immediately treated in terms of the fact that it is very important to do all the procedures at once so that the tan goes better. And it had to be done right away because we could find out about the offers of the same services only 2 times cheaper, as soon as we left the hotel. Initially, the proposed set of services for $60 per person, after our first thoughts, was dropped 2 times to $30. And they didn’t really care that we were only interested in a sauna, a salt cave and a face mask. We were persistently sold, the whole complex, periodically arrogantly making it clear that we are idiots and do not understand how important and great it is. After we still managed to convey the idea that if we come, then only tomorrow we were gladly informed that the discount offer is valid only today and tomorrow they will fight us in full. Later, after talking with our tour operator and walking around the city, it turned out that you can visit the central hammam for $ 15 per person. Beach towels are provided at the same hotel spa. And if you have not purchased that ill-fated set of procedures in it, then changing towels is worthy only in the morning in a short period of time. Unlike those who still used the services and deserve more. What was very brazenly reported by a woman (Russian) at the reception in this SPA, whom we had previously "refused". What is the difficulty in taking a new towel from the shelf and passing it to the guest, looking at how dirty he throws it into a special container, I did not understand.

Upon arrival, we were pleased that, despite the rule of check-in from 14.00, we were immediately given a room, and we already settled in by 13.00. Because the hotel is fairly new rooms in it is very personal. Everything is new, whole, clean. The room has a spacious closet, safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, table; although there were two of us in the room, there were 2 beds (double and single), bedside tables, TV, safe (you need to ask for the password from it separately); also a balcony with a table, chairs, a small dryer and a view of the mountains. The bathroom is combined, towels were changed every day, but for some reason they didn’t always put new soap. The inconvenience of the combined unit turned out to be that the shower was fenced off with a small glass and not to its full length, so the water was poured into the toilet and washbasin and practically did not drain from there. It turned out a large puddle right in front of the toilet, which was somewhat annoying. They cleaned the room every day, built all sorts of swans and butterflies from towels. The only thing I didn't like was the smelly blanket, which apparently had not been washed for a long time.
Now let's talk about nutrition. It is organized as a buffet. The choice of dishes is quite large, but it always seemed to me that something was missing. There was a lack of normal meat dishes. If there were always several types of chicken and turkey, then there was no pork for obvious reasons, and beef was not very tasty. Fish was also always present, but I am not a fan of fried herring. Puree soups are also not very expressive, you can season them with spices that are nearby, but they only partially save them. Those who love sweets will rejoice there. An abundance of pastries, cakes, puddings will allow you to find something to your liking. Fresh vegetables and salads from them, as well as pickles and cheese snacks are enough. But there are not very many fruits (maybe it was affected by the fact that we were in May and, in principle, there are still not many of them growing). There were mostly apples, medlar, some small sour apples, oranges (they are very tasty and juicy); once we saw strawberries. The hall in the restaurant is very large, with tables including on the street, you can accommodate everyone. The bar serves light cocktails, wines and sodas. Ultra all inclusive is simply not provided in the hotel and it is difficult to count on something more in the bar.
The territory of the hotel, although not very large, but neat. There were plenty of sun loungers and the pool was clean. At the exit, something like a veranda with a bar, tables and a counter with tea and a coffee machine. There is also a children's pool and another indoor one, as well as a slide, which unfortunately did not work when we were there.
Across the road, a footbridge leads to the beach. The beach is clean with small pebbles. Because the rocky shore at the entrance to the water has a cut-through entrance about 10 meters wide. But with medium waves, it is already dangerous to go out there, because. a little further there are still stones and I managed to decently tear my leg off them at the exit. You can also enter the water from the pier. There are also enough sun loungers on the beach, there are umbrellas and a bar with beer and soft drinks. Volleyball net installed.
