I would like to start with the fact that we went to Turkey for the first time. And of course I wanted to have a good rest, so that the impressions from the country would remain the most positive. Naturally considered hotels only 5 *. Reviews in June about hotels are the most positive, or rather, there were more good ones than bad ones. And given that we are going there for the first time, we are not picky (for example, we don’t ask for a change of linen every day, etc. ). opted for this hotel. The road from the airport to the hotel itself took about 3.5 hours, which, in principle, we knew. We were brought to the hotel at about 13:00, check-in from 14:00, we also knew about this, but were not ready for the fact that in all public areas of this hotel: lobby, elevator, restaurant... there is no air conditioning, or rather they there are only they are not included and this is at +35. That is, when you enter the hotel from the heat, you find yourself in a sauna. At the reception, the staff practically "do not understand" Russian, but oh well, at least they speak English more or less. We were registered, told to wait, there are no rooms yet and offered to go to a restaurant for lunch. Entering the restaurant, another shock: a queue, a huge queue for food, which immediately alerted me. Having taken half the food with grief, finding a free place turned out to be even more difficult. In the future, of course, we understood why there were such queues: a small amount of food and a variety of dishes, that is, if you are late with lunch or dinner, then it is quite possible that you will be content with what is left, if you stay of course. And it's 5*. There were no complaints about the food itself, you won’t be hungry, you can eat, the sweets are delicious, BUT the almost complete absence of fruit, there was only sweet watermelon, watermelon and grapes, that’s all, and sometimes wooden peaches. In the evening, very often grilled, fish, chicken... BUT! very dirty dishes, plates, cups, wine glasses. Everything is dirty.
They settled us in the room (after two chocolates) around 14:00. The rooms are in principle good, air conditioning, refrigerator, free safe, TV. But again, dirty. Entering the room, it seems clean from the side during a cursory examination....And looking closely, you understand that the sink is not washed, with soapy residue of something, there is black hair on the floor (by the way, we are fair-haired), the shower is dirty, the toilet is generally silent. I understand everything to be not picky, but the guys should be at least a little clean, a little? And also a very strong unbearable smell of sewerage in the room, it was always there, and in all rooms, as we found out later. Cleaned on demand, towels were also changed without problems, linen was changed 1 time, but this is not important at all. And in the future, I realized that the cleaner just "so slightly" is always cleaned. Just wipes prominent places on the floor and on the tables. And the duck hair is from her they were) they accompanied us until the end of the holiday. There were no bathrobes and slippers, it would have been a luxury.
Separately, I want to note that when you check in, no one will tell you that there should be fresh bottled water in the room every day, the safe is free and that you should be given cards for getting beach towels (they are also free), you exchange them in the hammam every day for towels and hand over in the evening. All this we had to ask. Towels for the beach, of course, were shabby (threads climbed terribly from them), but I didn’t feel an unpleasant smell, although many write that there was a smell.

Beach: a bar on the beach, in principle, one name, they just poured beer....and on your own you could pour yourself water and coffee. They also cooked cakes there every morning for literally 20 minutes, probably, but there was also a wild queue for them. Entering the sea is essentially a small area carved into the rock, DO NOT ENTER without SPECIAL SHOES, on the very first day I cut my leg badly and later we already observed the following picture: almost every second went out with cut limbs, arms, legs, on the pier it was very often possible observe bloody boards, etc. By the way, you will not be warned about this either.
There were a lot of guests in the hotels: Muslim families of Turks, 50% percent, Russians were 20%, the rest were Poles, Czechs. As far as I understand, the hotel is focused on Turkish guests, for them everything is faster and better, etc. It was stressful. A lot of smokers, on the beach, in the evening at dinner on the veranda. Absolutely everyone smokes.
Animation... was, morning exercises on the beach, then aerobics in the pool, dancing, especially no entertainment in the evening. They did something for the children, nothing for the youth. Offered visiting discos. It wasn't there.
The overall impression of the hotel is of course a disappointment, well, it does not pull on 5 *, and at the same time we paid not three kopecks to sit and keep quiet, but quite decent money. The attitude of the Turks themselves: we did not feel any cordiality and, as many told us, that they missed Russian tourists.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.
