I visited this hotel for the first time in 2008. After that, I consistently send my parents there, go myself and recommend it to my friends. I have something to compare with as I have been in many other hotels in Turkey and beyond.
The hotel is quite consistent with the declared stars. Those people who write that this is 2-3 * forget to indicate that these are their personal standards, invented in their own heads.
Location. away from Alanya. By bus 2.5-3 hours exactly. Doesn't change over the years. Dolmushi go to Alanya, very convenient. Near the hotel is the beloved Migros and a bunch of other shops. market twice a week. In general, I love Alanya and Mahmutlar, everything suits me. There is where to walk in the evening, buy souvenirs and so on. The only downside to the sightseeing sites far.

Settlement. I arrived early in the morning, there was still breakfast. The room was not ready, I left my suitcase in my parents' room (they arrived three days earlier), went to breakfast and to the beach. I really wanted to sleep. At about 11 am I returned to the reception, they immediately gave me the key to the room. Building A as requested.
Number. Everything worked fine for me and my parents. Cleaned up every day. Swans were spun for 1-2 lira in tips. The bathroom has soap, gel, shampoo. But I have everything of my own and I generally advise using hotel cosmetics only in cool 5 * hotels, where it is branded. (Well, this is for those who take care of themselves). Wi-Fi caught in my room, my parents do not. The TV worked, but there was no time to watch it. They didn't come for this.
Beach. Sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bar (soft drinks). Every day the beach is cleaned, which does not prevent our citizens from polluting it again every day. Pull umbrellas wherever they want and turn the beach into god knows what. So the wish of the hotel is to remove the umbrellas and pull up the awnings from the sun and all aesthetes will be happy. The entrance to the sea is problematic - we had aqua shoes, everything is fine. True, the waves were strong for two days, and even in shoes it was unrealistic to enter, as it knocked down. Only dad bathed.
Restaurant. I don’t know how to write so as not to offend anyone - but you citizens really got drunk! I just see how you all plow hours until 6 pm at your jobs, and then you come home and start cooking ten types of salads and the same number of side dishes, bake pastries and cakes, soups, fish, meat, etc. You rake as if from a hungry land, that there is nowhere to put a glass on the table and yell at the top of your voice that there is nothing to eat in the hotel. That's a shame, to be honest. As for the queues - apparently the logic of thinking is not present for everyone. You can first take the soup and salad - this is without a queue and later come for meat with a side dish. Or not watch the opening of the restaurant 15 minutes before, creating an artificial stir. But all IMHO.

There was food and there was plenty of it. Really, I photographed everything. I eat healthy and don't mix meat with fish and rice with potatoes on my plate. Not to mention everything else, so I never had stomach problems. Do not turn off the brain, dear ones, on vacation and think with your head what you eat with what you mix and what you feed the children and you will be happy. As for drinks, I only drink water and freshly squeezed juices. There were no complaints about the water in the coolers, but mineral water was bought in parallel in Migros. Freshly squeezed juices for 2 lira at the bazaar and orange and pomegranate. Delicious.
I don’t use such poisons as cola and company, yupi, etc. , and even packaged juices, and I don’t advise you.
Alcohol. I'll even take it out as a separate item. Guys - the Turkish All Inclusive system means local drinks. Local - TURKISH!! ! Not Russian and Ukrainian, and even more so not German, Belgian, etc. If anyone has doubts about the quality, go to any bar in Turkey and order local draft beer, local whiskey, rum, wine, etc. Same. If you want quality - there is duty free. I put a bottle of Georgian wine in my suitcase, bought two bottles of my favorite French wine in duty free, and my mother and I were happy. Dad drank local beer and didn't complain. Also in Migros I ADVISE to buy and try Pomegranate, Blackberry, Mulberry and Cherry wine. Not expensive and very tasty.
Animation. Was. I didn't take part in it. It was enough for me to sit on the nursery at most, then I went to bed. I never got to the disco at the hotel. The youth went, but not much. When I didn’t fall asleep, I went for a walk around Alanya in the evenings with my parents. Animation takes place on the beach, where you can order a hookah. You can bring your own alcohol, glasses will be provided. Someone from the bar brought drinks.
As a conclusion, I can write that the hotel is very worthy for its money. If you do not hysteria and do not dramatize, then everything is decided quickly. All people just get the impression that half of the tourists have come to make a fuss, they walk around with sour faces, everything is not happy, everything is bad. I can say that for such people in Luxury 5 * it will be bad.
