I didn’t like the hotel, there is practically no territory, there is a queue in the restaurant, it takes 3.5 hours to get from the airport, all the sunbeds near the pool are occupied by the Germans from early morning, it is very stuffy in the restaurant, the lobby, the elevator, there are no air conditioners, the food is very weak, there is absolutely no provision for children menu, second-rate food, saves on everything, only rice and cakes are cooked well, we got poisoned and suffered for 3 days, the water slide works 2 hours a day, the mini club is tattered, there is nothing except paints and a designer, the gym sucks, the air conditioner does not work, half the simulators do not work, and even there the toilet stinks terribly, the playground is represented by a swing and a slide and that's it, the beach, although it is cleaned, is everywhere cigarette butts and dirty. Administrators are good, settle quickly, friendly, answer all questions. Tez-tour guides offer free trips to jewelry, leather and textile stores, it’s not worth going there, prices are higher than ours, gees receive interest on these purchases. They clean well if you leave 1 dollar, if not, the bed does not change. It’s not worth going, it’s better to pay a little extra money and go to better conditions.
