There is a lot of controversy right now about nutrition. Well, you know, gentlemen - you will not be served royal lobsters here. But there was plenty of food, too. I have never eaten second hand salads in Turkey. I prefer fresh vegetables. There were fruits. In recent days, they began to give watermelons. Meat, fish, chicken everything. I'm not a meat eater, but dad ate, he had enough like a man. There were seats in the restaurant, everything was clean. Sweets are wonderful. I won’t write too much about food - I always supplement reviews with photos. This time I specially photographed breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Judge for yourself.
The weather was changeable. The first two days were rainy and the sea was very raging. Then it calmed down a bit. The entrance to the sea has not changed. Just as problematic. We had rubber slippers, no problem. Mom hurt her finger a little when she climbed without slippers to swim, but this was due to strong waves. The first two days, in general, one dad from the family swam. And in general, one of the hotel, who went swimming at 6 in the morning. Soviet sports hardening.
Animation at the beginning of the season as always weak. She didn’t interest me at all and I don’t understand why there is so much noise about animations in hotels. The children were shown cartoons, then the adults were entertained. I didn’t sit in the hotel in the evenings - we went to Alanya, walked around the village, I had friends in Utopia, so I spent time with them in Alanya or at their hotel.
In the end, I can say that in 5 years the hotel has changed for the better. They did a lot. Wifi is excellent by the way. The park near the hotel is beautiful, now there is a lot of things and the village has become even larger and the infrastructure is very convenient. I would live in Mahmutlar from May to October. Such a native village. The parents liked it too. Minibuses often go to Alanya.
As for shopping, I can say that prices are higher than last year. My parents bought things for themselves, I didn't. After Turkey, I flew to relatives in Lebanon, and so in Beirut shops the prices are cheaper than in the market in Alanya.
It is better to buy excursions in Mahmutlar itself, the prices of guides are too high.
