I want to leave a detailed review about the hotel, I'll start with why, when choosing a hotel, the choice fell on this one, this is that it is located almost in Alanya itself. The description said that the hotel has 3 swimming pools, animations, and all kinds of entertainment for children, since an 11-year-old child was traveling with us, I decided that this hotel suits us. But in fact, 3 pools it was loudly said, 2 pools are pools for kids and 1 pool for adults, in which the water was too chlorinated and not quite clean, and given the huge number of bathing places in this pool, there was practically no place, since before the sea is not close to go, many guests just stupidly swam in the pool, by the way, you can only swim in the pools until 7 pm! Animation is what they call the fact that one person dressed up, it’s not clear what he dances with children for 15 minutes on stage to the same songs every evening, but there was no entertainment at all, by the way, there was still drawing, but you have to pay for it separately, billiards is paid 15 lire hour. The staff at the hotel is rude, there is a specific discrimination, the hotel is focused on Europeans in the literal and figurative sense! if you are a guest not from Europe, then you belong to a low category, the attitude is terrible!! ! for some reason in this hotel the hands of Europeans are kissed and worshiped like gods!! ! I want to describe one case from a vacation in this hotel, I decided to drink cola at the bar, I stood in line for about 10 minutes, it means the line is up to me, and behind me is a European, the bartender, ignoring me, asks him if you want a drink, I'm here so I start to resent, and accordingly the man says, yes, of course, serve the lady first. When we checked into the hotel, the first thing we noticed was a huge sign, so to speak, that you can’t take food into your room, a fine of $ 50 !! ! In Russian!! ! So if you are a European, then you can take food to your room, I saw how they walked with plates, and if you do not belong to the category of a European, then you cannot take food to your room! Well, I thought well, okay, you can’t take food, but probably this does not apply to fruits, but no !! ! I decided to take a couple of oranges, one plum and one peach to the room, when the waiter saw this, he made me point it at the sign! I tell him why? Doesn't that belong in the food category? Why can't I eat a couple of fruits in the room with the children after dinner? ! I was so ashamed when he scolded me, as if I were some kind of beggar!! ! By the way, the name of the waiter who scolded me is Musa. By the way, you pay separately for the safe, depending on the days, we paid $ 12. We checked into the room on Saturday to clean the room, they came to us only on Monday, and they cleaned the room every other day, they didn’t change the towels for us, they didn’t pour shampoo, there was no detergent there as such, but we took all the detergent with us and this is basically us I didn’t bother, I’m writing about it here now, so that people who want to stay at this hotel take note of this. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, if you want to stay with small children it’s not worth it, it’s too hot to walk on foot, and the transfer runs only 4 times before lunch with an interval of 30 minutes, starting at 09.30, the return transfer is only at 16 . 30.17. 00, and since there are a huge number of people who want to go, you yourself understand that you are going like a herring in a barrel))). Beach towels are provided and can be changed every 5 days. Now a separate topic of food, it is not always fresh, and about snacks, they are terrible, it was impossible to eat them. Now, regarding the departure from the hotel, we had a departure at 12.10 before lunch, we had 20 minutes left, we had breakfast at 08.00 am, we asked for lunch boxes with us, they are provided in this hotel, but we were refused, they said that you had already eaten breakfast, and there are snacks in the kitchen, they said that children can eat, but what they called snacks was a mountain of stale eggs, incomprehensible sausages and some kind of dried dough fried in oil, sorry, I don’t know what it’s called))), respectively, my children left the hotel hungry !! ! Why I decided to write such a detailed review, so that people like me, reading the reviews, could understand which hotel they choose, I chose it based on previous reviews and there were more good reviews, in fact, I'm not such a capricious tourist, and the food and all of the above is such trifles compared to the fact that you still came on vacation and here it is the sea, you can soak your bones in it and the children will swim, and here you are treated like you are a homeless person from the street! and what most of all jarred me is discrimination by nationality! This is my first time in Turkey, but I will never return to this hotel and I definitely will not recommend it to others!
