The hotel is not bad - excellent territory, green and well-groomed, everything is very beautiful, but the rooms are a bit old, they need renovation (somewhere it goes). The food is good, you can always find something to your taste, meat, fish, seafood (rarely true). Drinks are only locally produced - vodka, wine, whiskey, brandy... The beer is good, undiluted. Lots of fruits and sweets. Freshly squeezed juices only in one bar, at certain hours.
Rest in the hotel mostly Turks and Russians, there are Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Armenians, no Germans. The attitude of the staff towards Russians (and maybe to everyone? ) is cool, they don’t know the language or simply don’t want to speak.
There are problems with resettlement, we arrived at 9 am, by 3 pm they somehow knocked out a room, but not at all the one they paid for - for 2 families they gave a two-room suite on two levels with two bathrooms (instead of two standard rooms). They didn't take the money.

They cleaned the room (more precisely, they came to clean up) every day - they changed linen, towels, washed the shower room, but for 10 days they never vacuumed it... Tips were taken regularly.
The animators are not outstanding, although there is live music in the evenings - they sang well.
The overall impression was good, a solid four. The attitude of the staff was attributed to a heavy workload - the hotel was packed to capacity!
