I visited a lot of hotels in Lara and Kundu. I am leaving a review for the first time. The hotel is very good, excellent well-groomed territory, cleanliness is constantly monitored. Great bars, great food. Animation is good. Well done. But there are still important nuances in our vacation: the staff that cleans the rooms is clearly insolent. Serviceable change of towels and linen excellent. But the rooms are not cleaned at all. The balconies are covered with age-old dust, the rooms are not vacuumed. They will come with a vacuum cleaner into the room and after a while back. They don’t wash in the bathrooms, they wipe the middle and that’s it. No one wants to leave a tip for swans and fish from the bedspreads, but they also want cleanliness (the sand still gets in). Please work with the cleaning staff. I would also like small shelves for shampoos, gels and other things in the showers (were in room 1214). I had to put it on the floor. And there are a lot of visitors with small children, it would be nice to separate a large area for them in the restaurant (the territory allows). Well, the biggest disadvantage for children is that there is not at least a small amusement park for the evening. Everything else is excellent. Thanks.
