We stayed at the hotel in August with a group of 6 adults and 4 children. I am writing a review a month later, so that it is as objective as possible and contains a minimum of those negative emotions that we were fed while relaxing in this hotel.
Transfer - 20min, which is the biggest plus of this hotel.
The territory is large, not compact, you have to walk a lot (for the attention of older people and families with small children). It is convenient that over the main paths there are awnings that save from the scorching sun. The buildings are beautiful, impressive, respecting the thematic architecture of the hotel.

Rooms. Our rooms were in building 1. When booking the hotel, we read that the restoration of the rooms was carried out in 2019. I can say with confidence that she did not touch the first building. We saw a lot of rooms - they are all pretty tired. Yes, the plumbing is from an expensive series, and the furniture is good... it used to be when it was new. The building is 6-storey, on the lower floors in the rooms there is a strong smell of dampness and mold. I repeat, I saw more than one number. Cleaning is weak: they smeared the dust somehow, they vacuumed at the entrance, they didn’t report towels, they don’t touch the balcony at all.
Nutrition. We were at the peak of the season, there were VERY many people, it was difficult not only to find a table at dinner, but also to get through to some food stands. In the grill area, the extractor does not work well, which is why the smell of burnt meat in most of the dining room. The meat is exactly burnt, it is too fried on the outside, but raw inside. In general, it was not possible to get pleasure from food. The food is varied, but there are only a few edible dishes.
Bars. Bars are standard. Original alcohol is poured on request through a tip box)))
Restaurants. Were in one of the restaurants and in vain. They didn't see anything new, they brought something completely different from what they ordered. Service is low.
Sea. I saw the Mediterranean Sea from many sides and places, but nowhere is such a dirty sea. Drops of oil products, garbage and sometimes waste products constantly float in the sea. They say that there is sewerage in the sea somewhere nearby. From what you've seen, it's true.
Pools. There is 1 children's pool, 1 huge adult. The water is clear and very warm. At first glance, everything is great. But, there are more than 2.000 people vacationing in the hotel, and no one has canceled intestinal and other infections. Feces were somehow found in the children's pool, it was fenced off, like it was disinfected, and the next morning it was opened again. The adult pool was PARTIALLY closed for disinfection! They fenced off part of the pool with a ribbon and disinfected it, and people were swimming next to the ribbon. How can you partially cordon off the pool, it's elementary physics! There are no words.
Animation. Children's animation is good, there are many animators, children like it. There is no adult. There are just people who conduct training (water aerobics, zumba, volleyball, etc. ), they are nowhere else to be seen or heard. Evening shows are all from outside, some interesting, some not so much. I liked the live music.

Intestinal infection affected everyone, both children and adults. Where it came from is hard to say, because there are a lot of places where you can pick it up in this hotel, this is the pool, and non-compliance with sanitary conditions, from the kitchen to public bathrooms, and the sea....Everyone suffered it differently, but me and 2 children needed honey. help. There is no doctor in the hotel. There is only a nurse who can provide primary care. We turned to the insurance company, everything is fine here, medicine in Turkey is at the level. Examined, dug out, further treatment was prescribed. To my claims to the hotel about checking the sanitary conditions and the condition of the water in the pool, the hotel workers said that you are not citizens of this country and do not have any rights here. The best you can do is complain to us. We weren't the only ones in the hotel, people were just silent, they didn't say anything. But this is, first of all, the fault of the management and employees of the hotel. We have rested in large hotels more than once, but this is the first time we have encountered this.
After this rest, not only to this hotel, but to Turkey as a whole, any desire has disappeared.
Summing up, I can definitely say that the level of this hotel is far from corresponding to 5 stars. And I can’t recommend it to anyone, even for young people it will be boring here.
