First of all, I want to thank all the hotel staff, this is an absolutely wonderful place, such work every day, to feed everyone, cleanliness everywhere and even in public places, from the very morning all the staff sweep, move, water, cut, wear, clean, territory the hotel just shines, everything is well-groomed, the effort is noticeable and so appreciated by the guests! Special thanks to the animation team, because for families with children this is the main entertainment and it is important that the children find it interesting and exciting. We also thank the team that prepared the evening shows, just fantastic performances, for the days that we rested, not a single program was repeated!! ! Each time a miracle awaited us, an extravaganza of music, dance, professionalism, beauty and super emotions!

Charter, Azurair company, Boeing for 500 people, big, new, comfortable flight, children watched cartoons and movies with enthusiasm, there were no problems at all!

2. Transfer.
Tour operator Colar Travel - everything is clear, there are no questions for them, everything is organized, an individual minibus with air conditioning, only our hotel was taken, there were no additional stops and deliveries to other hotels, 25 min. and we are there! Very convenient, especially when you travel with children!
3. Accommodation
since we arrived at 8 in the morning, and check-in at the hotel from 12, we were offered to fill out the necessary documents and sent to have breakfast! Upon our return, a room was already waiting for us! Everything is clear, fast, no problem! Thanks for that too!
4. Room - we were lucky to be located away from music, pools and noise, which allowed us every day, after exhausting heat, exhausting water and overeating, to fall into the cleanest beds, under the air conditioner and sleep, sweetly and completely happily !! ! The mini-bar saved, towels were changed, everything was always cleaned perfectly, no complaints.
5. Nutrition.
I'm ready to talk endlessly about nutrition! As a mother of many children, I was so tired of pots that my happiness knew no bounds! They fed us nauby, varied and sooooo tasty! I am a fish lover, our hotel had such a varied menu that I ate a year ahead. There was fish every day! it was cooked in at least three versions: grilled, fried, rolls, fillets. I lost count of the variety of views, in short, everything was at level 5 of the hotel!!!
6. Animation.

Thanks to the whole team! In addition to crafts, drawings, cartoons, contests, relay races, clown shows and soap bubble shows were invented, darts were thrown, everything was thought out. We drew a T-shirt for 10 bucks as a keepsake, then at the end of the day they hand it over in a solemn atmosphere, give a medal, a coloring book and applause! The child was delighted! I remember this moment! The girls from the animation team are friendly, polite, always participated and helped the children during the game or task. I'll tag Katya! Thank you! Evening disco - as is customary in most hotels were fun!
7. Sea and beach.
Clean, there was always enough space, the territory with palm trees and poufs was very pleasing, on which it is comfortable to lie. Rubbish was always removed.
8. A la card restaurants.
Separately, I note that if you rest for more than 5 days, then you are entitled to a restaurant. We rested on the 14th, so we were supposed to go to restaurants 2 times! We chose fish and Italian.
Fish disappointed completely! Tasteless, terrible service, long, stuffy, when after spending an hour with the children and they didn’t bring us the main dishes, as they served the guests first of all for money, I invited the administrator, they served us right away!
The Italian restaurant delighted us! Everything was on a level, as it should be, service 5; menu 5, very tasty risotto - separate hello to the chef!! ! It was so delicious for us that when I told about it, they brought us the second portion)))) It was nice, we naturally ate everything! )))) I was only surprised that there was no real pasta or pizza... but and even what was offered to us - we liked it and it was delicious! Seafood in a pancake is a fairy tale! We highly recommend! I left a tip and the waiter was very surprised! ) But he deserved it! )
9 Insurance.
I’ll write about this too, you know that insurance is simply necessary, I know this too, but every time you think that it won’t affect you. After the pandemic, it was generally afraid to go anywhere.
We insured with ERV Travel Insurance, since our insurance contract covered the costs of COVID-19, this was very important!
But the unexpected happened, the child climbed out of the pool and deeply tore his leg under the knee, we were given the first necessary aid. BUT!! ! There is a private clinic on the territory of the hotel, its services are not cheap! This is where insurance comes in handy! Insurance deductible 30 dollars that I had to pay! Keep that in mind!

And in the end - the hotel is beautiful, beautiful territory, a miracle of slides and a pool for children, animation, food, evening shows - everything is fine! I recommend visiting this hotel!
