Great hotel and great vacation. 10 points, if you add keyboards with the Russian layout to several computers in an Internet cafe, it will be 10 plus. Anex-tour - thieves. They stole exactly one day of rest.
The hotel was designed by a very professional architect with an amazing sense of space. Despite the fact that everything is big, nothing presses on you and at the same time everything is nearby and very comfortable. Beautiful courtyards, beautiful arched passages, in the rain you can safely go to the restaurant from any building. Beautiful architecture, a lot of greenery, everything pleases the eye, everything is well-groomed, painted, perfect cleanliness is maintained on the territory and the beach. At night, the territory is washed with hoses! Although there is no dust or dirt. The beach is large and spacious, solid canopies, no need to move the sunbed around the umbrella during the day to be in the shade. The room was in perfect condition, everything is clean, beautiful, nice nice design, excellent plumbing. Free convenient electronic safe, free bar, every day per person 2 bottles of beer 0.33 delicious, a bottle of cola 0.45 and something like a sprite 0.45, a small and a large bottle of mineral water, replenished every day, they never forgot and did not even put on a bottle smaller.
Maybe I met food options in Spain and in another 5 in Turkey better (by the way, in that five, there was nothing more worthwhile than chic food), but if you compare or simply, excuse me, rage with fat. And if you look realistically - the choice is large, you can always find something to your taste, everything is delicious, the restaurant is beautiful. A chic cheese pie in a tent by the sea (maybe the tent itself could have been made smarter and more interesting from the outside, it does not really fit into the luxurious style of the Kremlin). Oh, very tasty chocolate ice cream in the Zvezda bar.

The paintings in the hotel are not reproductions, but canvas and paint. A lot of work has been invested in the hotel and it is very nice to look at.
The water in the indoor pool and jacuzzi is really warm. Turkish bath, sauna. Everything is free. Animation is very different for children and adults all day long from morning to evening. In the evening there is a disco with a bar. Wonderful live music in the evenings in the cafe. Almost all the staff understands and can explain themselves in Russian, which for me is a very important component of excellent service. In a word, everything you need, for the convenience of your every step, is there, you just need to pay attention to it and appreciate it, and not go looking for problems.
There are a lot of people in the hotel and a lot of children who need silence and solitude The Kremlin, of course, will not work. Still, of course, it was very annoying when the Arab aunts were teleporting in all their ammunition, pants, hoodies, scarves in the jacuzzi, thanks at least they took off their sneakers. As dad said, they are too lazy to wash, but the jacuzzi shakes, here's your laundry. Brr. If I were a hotel, I would still limit such exoticism.
And yet, fellow citizens who write dissatisfied reviews and really mislead other people, descend from arrogant heaven to the sinful earth and tell me at least one place in Russia where for such a price you can be provided with at least one twentieth of that level of comfort and services provided by the Kremlin. And you must admit that here people really earn their money, and do not knock it down, as they are used to doing in Russia.
