Arrived from the Kremlin Palace tonight 24.05. 2011. While my memories are fresh, I write about my impressions of this hotel. I am not a very experienced tourist in Turkey for the second time. The hotel was chosen based on the reviews, oddly enough, all the positive reviews in practice turned into a completely different side.
In order not to be unfounded, I simply write facts, and there everyone makes a decision for himself.

Reception, check-in:

1. Arrival. For $ 10 we were settled in conveniently located rooms, the second building. The man who stood in front of us really asked for a second building, he was told that everything was occupied, we found 2 rooms. 10 dollars in the passport and the numbers are immediately located.
2. The next day, I observed a woman at the reception who told the receptionist that she had arrived at 8 and they were still not settled, although the time was 12-30.

Another story, also a family, also a woman did not want the first floor, she was surprised by the reaction of the Turkish woman at the reception, she defiantly threw, crossed out her card, threw it and said to come up after two. These people also arrived in the morning.
Cleaning:

1. When we checked into the room, we saw this picture. On our bedside table at the entrance, a Turkish cleaning lady sits and, not paying any attention to us, speaks loudly on her cell phone defiantly. I had to call out to her so that she finally got off the bedside table and showed at least the slightest respect.
2. The cleaning time is absolutely unpredictable, in our room out of 8 days, 6 or 7 were cleaned immediately after dinner, that is, when after eating you want to sit in the room and be in silence, and not under the hum of vacuum cleaners.
3. The next episode, one day when I went into the room after cleaning, I found all the pillows dumped in the corner of the room.
4. We had a one-year-old child with us, the daughter’s bed was not made up, they just threw a sheet there.

Food:

By the time the restaurant opens, everyone is standing and waiting, they open it and all the tourists at the start of the march run to take the tables. Despite the huge area of ​ ​ the main restaurant tables are sorely lacking, they are removed very slowly.
2. As I said, we had a one-year-old daughter with us, in the description of the Pegasus it was said that there was a children's table with Nestle products and boiled vegetables. There was nothing like that. When asked what to feed my one-year-old daughter, I was led to French fries and chicken cut into pieces. This circumstance shocked me most of all, since it was very problematic with the child's food. There was not even mashed potatoes, except for 1 day when they gave it for lunch.
3. the choice of food is small. The main hot dishes are two identical tables on one side and on the other in the restaurant.

Entertainment:

1. The animation is very weak, the shows are just stupid. Animators are not seen or heard.

Pros.

It is possible to use two hotels Kremlin and Topkapi Palace at once.

We liked the second one better, a good water park, a pleasant terrace in the main restaurant. We spent all our time at Topkapi. These are hotels of the same chain.

Tours:

1. We went to the dolphin show, operator Pegasus. And they persuaded us to go fishing, seducing us with myths that one man caught 87 trout in 1.5 hours. We went, in a few hours, from two full large buses, we caught several people, 1.2 fish each. There are a lot of fish, you can see it, it swims, but it does not bite on the offered dough. All pleasure for 2 costs $140. Expensive for the opportunity to stand with a fishing rod.

Construction:

Construction is underway on the territory of the hotel, the buildings are being painted and the rooms are being renovated. At the same time they lay tiles, the tile cutter is constantly working, it is very noisy.

This is such a vacation, in my opinion, this hotel does not pull on 5 * and the maximum is all inclusive, all the more so. It only becomes strange when I look at the admiring reviews about the hotel, I bought them and was very disappointed.
