In May 2012, we purchased a ticket from Anex tour. The rest should have been wonderful, because according to the guide, this hotel and the neighboring Top Kapi Palace are unrecognized 7 stars. More than one sign, inscriptions and brochures did not indicate the presence of stars at the hotel. Upon arrival, they were horrified: there was dirt all around, an unpleasant smell, dirty tables in the lobby bar, used dishes all around, the cleaner who came up with a joyful face swept the garbage under the rug and left. Promised at 7 o'clock breakfast started at 8 o'clock, as we were told due to lack of staff. With the keys to the room, they approached the porter, we were SENT straight and to the right, no one led us to the room - the search was 15 minutes, the hotel neighbors were looking for their room for more than an hour. There was a strong smell of cat urine in the air. The room is old, in need of repair, and plumbing was leaking. The staff does not speak Russian, they approached the reception several times to explain what the problem was, in the end the hotel guide Eldar helped. We walked to the promised sandy beach, it turned out to be sand and pebbles. Walking around the hotel, we stumbled upon a "fountain" of the sewer. On the advice of Eldar, the best food is in the restaurant of the neighboring Top Kapi Palace hotel. And here it was not without surprises: cleaning from the table consisted in deftly shaking the crumbs from the tablecloth onto the floor. All three days spent at the hotel, the eyes were pleased with the vases with two withered carnations in each, standing on the tables in the restaurant. I counted 3 waiters for the entire large room of the restaurant. The menu is meager, a large number of midges, especially on cheeses, birds often fly in, interruptions in boiled water. Once for dinner, one bowl of strawberries and several watermelons, cut into 4 pieces, were offered, which almost led to a fight.
