We rested in the Kremlin from May 19 to June 2.2012 as part of 2 adults and a 4-year-old child. Bought in advance, by early booking from Kyiv. Operator - Anex-Tour.
This was our 7th joint trip to Turkey with a child. Before that, they rested once in a 4-ke, the rest - fives.
We arrived early, met Anex, put us in a minibus, and after 20 minutes we were at the hotel (at 9.00). Since I contacted the guest relation in advance and asked for a quiet room, I immediately filled out the questionnaire and received the keys to the room in the second building on the 1st floor (on the side of the football fields and the Venice Palace Hotel. Everything was fine in the room, the room after after a call to the reception for 15 minutes they brought a dryer for clothes and bed linen for my daughter. In the future, the room was cleaned normally, linen and towels were changed, the mini-bar was replenished regularly - they hung a sign asking them to clean it, went to the sea - we were already cleaned for dinner. They left tips and sometimes chocolate. so what about the room - offset, it was quiet enough until a redneck came to the next room, thumping until late at night, given that they were with a boy of 10 years old, and then screaming from the terrace - you are all goats and p... gifts. . True, they were enough for 2 days : ) This holiday did not spoil us.
The location of the hotel is near the airport, about 20 km. From the hotel you can go to the bazaar, shops, Kaleici in Antalya. Minibuses CL38 and 703 run quite often, it takes more than an hour to get to the old city, which is tiring. To the market, shops and pharmacies - from 5 to 10 minutes, depending on where you get out.
The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, everything is watered, cleaned. The same can be said about the territory of the second hotel - Topkapi Palace, where we went at the beginning to the children's water park and take a walk. There are places to sit and walk around. There are 2 mini-amusement parks (paid, in each of the hotels). Our daughter went there with pleasure every evening, it was not unprofitable for our budget, because. on the first evening, we bought 130 tokens (and received 20 more as a bonus).
The beach is large, normal, there were enough sunbeds. The water was normal, the only thing - when it rained - from near the flowing river brought mud - 2 days did not swim because of this. Sand is cleaned and leveled. And still the dirt comes across - thanks to us vacationers. The entrance to the water is sand, in front of it is a strip of medium-sized pebbles.
We liked the food - you could always find something to eat or a snack for us and how to feed the child. We didn’t drink chemical juices - we went to buy juices in Kunda. The food is varied, I do not understand those people who write that there is nothing to eat. I don't think anyone ever left hungry. They left tips for the waiters, because we always had a table, and if not, they cleaned the dirty one, re-lined it and brought clean appliances and drinks that we usually order. In general, when you try to communicate with the Turks at least a little in Turkish, they are very happy and try to respond kindly. There are several bars, the range of drinks is normal - everything is local, we were not fond of : ). I liked the beer, it's okay. Imported drinks in the Ellegia bar at the reception from 21.00 - tried cocktails - delicious : ). Were in a paid Mexican restaurant - delicious, fast. Fried ice cream - offset. So we liked the food.
My daughter went to the miniclub several times, she liked it. Also every evening we went to a children's disco. A couple of times we went to the adult animation after the amusement park - we also liked it. During the day we were with the child all the time, so they were not interested in animation. On the small beach it was also convenient to swim and dig in the sand. I also note that this is the first hotel where all the toilets had children's toilets. We saw this for the first time, usually only in mini clubs : ) Also, our daughter really liked to ride the slides in the water park, she enjoyed playing on the playground under an awning near the beach.
To summarize - for the money we paid, we rested just fine. I would like to note the adequate staff and the excellent work of the guest relation service. Would come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends.
