And so... I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport 12 km. 5 hours (Russians are patient, of course, but not to such an extent !!! ) from 7 in the morning they wandered around like homeless people, in jackets and boots (when leaving Moscow, the weather was -5) and this at an air temperature of + 25... with two children 4 and 8 years old... I had to study the territory of the hotel, and it was sooooo not small, completely on my own, including the search for a toilet and a restaurant... it’s impossible to find staff... there’s no one to ask... they almost don’t speak Russian, although they even on the hotel website it is written that it is in this hotel that EVERYONE SPEAKS RUSSIAN! Even more . . what kind of Russian, they don’t understand English ! ! when we were finally settled in, the day can be said to have been lost... it was very annoying that everything was on the clock... and everywhere because of this queue (really Moscow during the SOVKA period... they need it was not to build St. Basil's Cathedral, but ALEKSEEVSKY, then it would be completely realistic . . ) well, is it really impossible to feed people with ice cream or flat cakes all day ?!
from the good: wonderful animators in the children's room, wonderful girls, kind caring, children with breakfasts quickly to be there by the opening.
good food and a large assortment, the only thing that, of course, the meat was both chicken and turkey, but everything is sooo spicy... therefore, they ate plant foods and even lost weight in a week))


I won't go to this hotel for the second time and I don't recommend it. . .
