Our family went to this 3 times, and this summer, when we decided where to fly to rest, we stopped at this hotel, because it is aimed at children and they really like it. Despite the changes due to Covid-19, the service did not get worse, visiting the restaurant began to take a little longer due to the queues. The biggest disappointment is with the pools. In previous visits to this hotel, water was taken from the pools every day and tests were made on their composition. This time, both in the children's pool and in the adult pools, feces constantly floated, which the parents constantly informed the staff about. The worst thing is that the hotel management reacted to this fact by simply increasing the dose of the chemical in the pools to a dangerous level.
The next day, my 3 children and husband collapsed from a terrible chemical poisoning. While waiting for help at the reception, I met more couples with children who were even less fortunate than mine, their children were taken to the hospital at night after losing consciousness, and pregnant women who were sitting on the pools with their babies also suffered. After our statement (our family and 3 other couples from different countries and cities), the hotel representative promised to call and clarify the situation. We were interested in what was added to the water in order to understand how to help the children as soon as possible. But they didn't even bother to call back. Although for our family it was the 4th trip to this hotel. After this incident, I ask parents with children to think carefully about visiting this hotel. We are still treating this poisoning at home, and a week has passed since the arrival. How can a hotel that is focused on children allow such things and not even help all the affected guests!
STRONGLY AGAINST THIS HOTEL!
