(Egypt 4p, Cyprus, Greece, Tunisia, Spain, Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Germany, Finland, Belarus, etc..

And at first I didn’t even want to leave this review at all, because it’s unlikely that it will change anything ...but I have such a “lump in my throat” after this vacation ...and writing this here, at least I myself will feel better....and if you also find it useful, it will be good too.

To begin with, this hotel was "matched" to me by 2 different travel agents at once ...

By the way, one of them even left her "cool" review a little higher ...

Now I already know for sure that you have your own not only personal commission interest, but also "goodies" from the hotel.

Turkish avaline.

Super. Food is served on board!

Very decent.

And hot (if lunch). Omelettes (if breakfast) + yogurt + bun + cheese.


Tea coffee. There is also beer and wine. EVERYTHING is included in the ticket price, so promptly ask for alcohol if you need it.
The wine was quickly sorted out by the experienced, and the staff itself does not particularly offer it, and speaks mainly in English.

We drove from the airport for about 40 minutes. Our hotel was the last one on the list.

By the way, we passed the Nirvana Hotel, Elite Lara, they are so beautiful...after seeing them...ours was not impressed at all...More like a disappointment than a wow effect...

There are a lot of people taaaa ...this is some kind of boarding house reminiscent of ...a lot of people. A rumble, like at a train station...you get mentally very tired.

The hotel also hosts conferences for 1000 people, and in winter there are definitely a lot of national football teams ...

Ant in one word..

The reception is full . . queues for food, especially at the beginning of lunch, dinner ...almost always to the bar for drinks ...

I drank tea with milk...I got tired of waiting...

However, you can still find places.

We arrived in the evening at 20.00

Check-in from 14.00.

And it's a shame that when we arrived, the room did not have what we asked for.
I was not too lazy and even wrote a letter to the hotel with wishes in advance and this was also indicated when booking . . so as not to waste time and effort upon arrival ...nevertheless, we are with 2 children (8 years and 10 months) and I wanted to throw things in room and go out to dinner rather than organizing your space, but alas and ah...

Upon arrival at the room, I called the reception and brought, of course, a baby bed to the room and extra. bed for the elder...and moved 2.1, 5 beds into one, as requested...(although I just wanted 1 big one).

And as an apology, they brought washcloths, a razor + shaving foam and built swans.

(The room was a standard category).

The next day, by the way, they moved to the quad category for free. (Where 2 extra beds are lowered).

The number was 2078.


The view from it is amazing ...you can see the mountains, and the pools, and in the evening the illumination near the Adalya hotel flickers very beautifully ....I just enjoyed it in the evenings ...
In this room, the parents' bed is smaller than standard, and when leaving the toilet, we all stumbled about the legs of this felt bed more than once ...but the view from the room was more important to me.

??? ? 4. Cleaning...ehhh...

I read heaps of reviews above about it . . and you know, nothing has changed, apparently ...

Upon request, they brought a potty to the child's room for free ...it's in some kind of dust ...

There are not enough hangers in the closet . . there is dust on the upper shelves of the cabinet . . and some tea sticks are lying around ...it’s disgusting to take a phone . . dirty ...

Kettle in the room. . but there is scale in it..

Of course, I washed both the Kettle and the pot ..

They gave us some kind of children's robes ...I called and brought more sizes, but with torn belt loops ...My husband had holes on his back. It was funny to watch men in oversized bathrobes in the pool ..

Of course, if you ask, call, they will bring it, change it ...but it takes so much of your energy, waiting time ...

Yes, they seem to sprinkle the table of the baby chair and roll it up with a film . . but you look at the seat and belts . . and there are crumbs, dirt . . fat ..

The microwave is dirty in the children's restaurant too.

The children's table for the winter concept is not used...there is such a layer of dust on it...the floor is always very dirty in the children's restaurant..

The child often throws something and you have to wash the toys in order to give them back in your hands ...

Yes, the plates are still often dirty ...

In the room (kuad) they brought us a bottle of wine + fruit.

But, when we went outside the hotel, we decided that they have such a mentality ...there really is such a mess . . there is rubbish everywhere and a lot, a lot of plastic ....sorry for nature ...

But that doesn't excuse you...you have a 5 star hotel.

How I dislike this phrase...You won't stay hungry...

But here it really fits...

I really wanted seafood ...but in winter, apparently, except for grilled fish, nothing!!!!
A couple more times in snacks for 10 days there was red fish in jelly ...and that's it.

They sorted it out instantly ...and not only Russians, but also Germans quickly ran up with plates ...Snacks are not updated, unlike hot dishes ..

And everything would be fine ...and even I would have said normally ...but we all got poisoned and spent the last 2-3 days of vacation in the room ...on the last day we got out to eat rice ..

A child of 8 years old vomited like a fountain.

By the way, at 01.00 am, an employee promptly came and helped to clean the toilet...

We just sat on the toilet in turns, we didn’t vomit ...but our stomachs twisted, crazy sweaty dreams ..

Damn, I have a child for guards yet ..

The little one vomited only 1 time ...otherwise, I would definitely have sat even more.

It's a shame ...I wiped everything everywhere with wet wipes, if possible ...and still I didn’t save myself ...

The older one, ksati, ate only french fries and nuggets + cucumber + apple a little later ...but he swam in the pool with his head ...

We almost always came late for lunch and dinner. . But it was always stressful for me.
