I didn’t want to write a review for a long time, but this is hard!! ! This is not a 5 star hotel and even 4 if you think very well (or drink) They steal from many and this is not one family! We observe all this for the third day and carry all the money with us (there are no safes) !! ! Here you are not needed with your claims... although we tried to find a positive here, but alas, it is not and will not be . . we are already very tired of this lawlessness in the hotel! About the animation has already been written here, everything is OK! And that's it. . . period! 90% of the Russians who are here, about 13-15 families, are, to put it mildly, shocked by the hotel . . and I will add not only Russians, there are others who are not happy!
