The infrastructure of the hotel is clearly not designed for full filling

Heard a lot of good things about this hotel. We decided to go, the price for 2 + 2 is attractive compared to Ruby or Alvadonna. Not far from the airport, again. Two adults, two children aged 4 and 7.
What well:
1. In the center of the hotel territory there is a huge zoned swimming pool (with different zones in depth, accessibility, there is even a mini-zone "a la jacuzzi") pool bar is not bad.
2. A gently sloping sandy sea beach, VERY comfortable with children, a depth of one and a half meters at a distance of 15 meters from the shore.
3. On the territory there are a couple of small water slides for children and a slightly larger couple for older children and adults, respectively, all this descends into a children's shallow pool (0.5m) and an older one (1.40m). Slides are not so hot, but enough for children. On the territory of this mini-aqua park there are canopies under which there are sun loungers, there is where to hide from the sun, but there is clearly not enough covered area.

4. There is a covered playground (swings-carousels), there is almost no one ever there, because it is hot, despite the fact that there is a roof.
5.
Bar near the sea (small) with drinks and alcohol. Also a snack bar 50 meters from the sea, covered, quite roomy. You can have lunch there (right in swimming trunks) from 12 to 16, if you don’t want to return to the hotel, change clothes and go to the restaurant. There is much less variety than in a restaurant, but if there are no complaints about this topic, it’s convenient, you don’t have to return to the hotel for lunch.
6. Several fast food outlets scattered around the territory and working at different times (sweet waffles, pasta with a couple of sauces, drinks, bagels, etc. )
7. Standard rooms are generally not bad, air conditioners work properly, socket handles do not fall out, there is a mini-bar. Shower with bathtub, good water pressure, Grohe plumbing, serviceable, no problems. Two folding beds for children were set up without any problems (with mattresses like regular beds in thickness, but significantly harder).
8. Ordered a restaurant (La Carreta) for a child's birthday.
We were a big gang, 20 people, 12 adults and eight children. The meat restaurant serves food according to the principle "everything is on the menu", that is, dishes are constantly changing. Several types of salads, three or four changes of meat. The portions are small, but everyone was full, the meat is not bad, there are no complaints. $ 16 per adult, 50% discount for children under 12 years old, small children (I don’t remember how many - up to five or up to six years) - free of charge. I also ordered a cake for 8 people, it cost $30, quite edible : ) I expected the worst result. They wrote the name on the cake, put candles, in general, it was normal.
This is where the good subjectively ends.
Now for what I didn't like:
1. Full feeling that the hotel saves wherever possible. Number 25 squares, with 4 beds, the place is left only for sleeping. Children really walked on the beds all the time, because there is a 60 cm corridor for the passage from the entrance to the balcony.

But this is an insignificant problem, no one sits in the room anyway, they only come to sleep and wash. Here, objectively, you need to understand that this is the cheapest number, therefore, in general, in this sense, it is quite tolerable.
2. Refrigerators in the minibar are weak, they cool very slowly. The standard set includes a local cola and a local analogue of a sprite, a couple of bottles, a couple of 0.25 cans of beer and a liter of water every day. The minibar is poorly replenished, they may even forget to do it.
3. Cleaning is done in the style of an unobtrusive service. Generally unobtrusive. A couple of people work on the floor, on which there were about 50 rooms. You can wait half a day for cleaning, you can wait a day, you can wait an hour (suddenly! : ) . No signs about the need for cleaning on the doors do not solve anything at all, such a feeling. Not only that - you can hang it up, come in 3-4 hours, there is no sign, the room is not cleaned, there are no cleaners.
About the replenishment of shower accessories had to be reminded. The staff with English is not just bad, but not at all. At the level of gestures and the word OK. Everything. You are constantly explaining yourself like the blind to the deaf. Cleaning on the balcony - an additional option, apparently. Until you poke your nose, no one can go there at all. If, just in case, you left yourself a couple of shower towels on the balcony, and threw the rest on the floor for cleaning (well, because you understand that it’s better to save it and not throw everything on the floor, otherwise you may have to lift it back with such a quality of service), then returning in a cleaned room, you can find the towels thrown on the floor cleaned and instead of them you can find new ones, and those that were on the balcony will remain there. On the third day, he asked with gestures to replace the bed linen, they were very, damn it, surprised that I was so demanding. But they replaced it.
One blanket (a waffle sheet to cover) was forgotten to put, however. In short, the cleaning service is bullshit, 2 out of 10.

4. Lack of indoor pools on the street. Actually, nowhere. There is an indoor pool, like a "spa" area, but there is no one there. This is an ass, comrades, you will forgive me. The last couple of days at eight in the evening the temperature dropped to a "comfortable" 34 degrees, instead of 45 during the day. Despite the fact that a HUGE pool in the center of the territory with several zones, including a 20-cm. "paddling pool" calmly allows you to cover the children's area with an awning of 50 square meters according to the configuration. But the owners are crushed by a toad, apparently. This is very, very inconvenient.
5. The beach is, of course, gentle, but it is small. It is objectively small. The covered area is full, it is impossible to find a sunbed. Entrepreneurial citizens throw in towels and, it seems, do not take them out at all for weeks.
You come to the sea or to the pool in an area with shade (there is one in the pool, under the trees in the center) - there is no one, but all the sunbeds are covered, bljad, with towels. At sea, the same thing - the entire covered area with sun loungers is covered with an even layer of towels. A couple of times I just took off and put these towels next to me and took the sunbed, it was just enough. This is not a complaint about the hotel, this is the mentality of visitors. There seems to be enough sun loungers, but in the shaded area there is a crush, on each other's heads, everything is just back to back. There are umbrellas by the pool, but they do not save much from such heat.
6. Drink quality is not UAI guys. Not UAI at all. Alcohol is local. It feels like everything. I don't remember the gin, but some local whiskey. You get used to its quality approximately on the third day : ) Even Ballantines - and that one is paid. So in this regard, the hotel is zhlobsky. Some local dry or semi-dry wine. Drinkable, but that's exactly what is drinkable. No more. Cocktails depend strictly on the bartenders. At 100%.

The same elementary mojito that is consumed by the gallons in any hotel can be a complete shmurdyak, which can only be hungover after drinking, or even nothing. A recurring problem with mojitos is that 8 out of 10 bartenders don't know (or have such a setup) that sugar is added to mojitos. Cane brown would be nice, but to hell with it - at least add sugar syrup! ! Fuck there. In 9 cases out of 10, you get sour meat, in which even mint and sugar will not be ground without a reminder. Just pour a glass of ice, put a couple of mint leaves, lemon, pour some (! ) rum in an amount depending on the bartender and fill it with a local analogue of sprite. Drink, don't get dirty : ) The phrase sugar syrop is either ignored deliberately or is really unknown to most of the bartenders : ) When ordering a gin-tonic, I had to persistently repeat several times - more gin, less tonic.
Otherwise, you will get a cocktail with the strength of light beer : ) By the way - there was one positive moment in this cocktail - the bartender, who constantly works at the bar by the pool (which is from 10 to 23), put not a lemon, but a slice of cucumber to the cocktail: ) Cool, I liked it. And drink and snack, cucumber refreshes the taste of a cocktail.
7. There are objectively few bars. One in the lobby is round-the-clock (the worst, because normal bartenders appear there least often), one near the pool - with tables and umbrellas (works from 10 to 23 or 24, I don’t remember exactly), one in the pool itself (pool-bar) works from 10 until 18, and one at the entrance to the beach, it also works from 10 am (I don’t know how long). For such a number of people (the hotel was 100% full) - not enough. There is a problem with refrigerators at the pool-bar. Only ice saves, and beer in kegs is cool. When ordering tequila, you can get a drink with a temperature of 40 degrees: ) easily. Really hot tequila.
New experience, what can I say : ) Yes, there is also a night disco for those who like to hang out, it's really a night chota there until 3 in the morning, or something. There is also a bar, all under the open sky. An attempt to order a bottle of whiskey for the crowd there ended in failure. Only for spill. 16 doubles were ordered : ) The waiter brought the manager. He indistinctly began to mutter that it was a lot and until he saw everyone who was going to drink it, he would not give so much. Even stood for ten minutes, waited, then left. The poor waiter stopped running. Well, such a thing - greed always has a downside. If you don't want to bring a bucket of ice, eight glasses and a bottle, run. They ran. Goonies, sir. We didn’t understand what the joke was, apparently the manager had to show his steepness to his subordinates. Because the bartender agreed to give out a bottle, but he was forbidden.

8. Beach towels. There are two reception points. One by the sea, one by the pool.
It’s also rare for anyone to speak English or Russian there, if you don’t find a piece of paper with the schedule of their work yourself - you won’t be able to find out when you can return towels : ) You will ask questions and show numbers with your fingers : ) There is a break in the work of reception points . For some reason, they only work until six in the evening, if my memory serves me right. Apparently strict labor laws prohibit workers in the towel industry from working longer : )
9. Food. This is generally a separate issue. In short - during my stay, the meat was only either from the grill or in a tomato. Everything. The cook needs to be given a nickname - a tomato. Whether the hotel cheaply bought a freight train tomato, or something else - but EVERYTHING is in the tomato, including sausages! ! Sausages, Carl! ! ! Meat without tomato (stew) I found once. The turkey was caught in a complex sweet and sour sauce with mushrooms, it was delicious. Everything else is either fried from the grill (far from everything is of normal quality), or varieties of tomatoes.
Mashed potatoes are hell. It gives the impression that it is whipped naturally in some kind of turbine or automatic centrifuge. starch as it is. Inedible. Rice is not bad, there were always two types. Pasta of several varieties, edible. Salads - extremely strange, and did not find anything to eat, except for the standard vegetable. Everything is very Turkish-authentic, despite the fact that Russian-speaking visitors make up 98% of the hotel guests and no one interfered with doing something that people are used to. Vegetables are constantly available (tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers, cabbage). Desserts are not bad, nothing outstanding, but it is quite possible to use. First, the chicken soup is good, the lentil puree soup is good.

For the last three days, this has been unrealistic in half an hour after the start of breakfast/lunch/dinner. Or you come very early and then there will be a place; or you come 40 minutes before the end and then the chances also increase, but you will eat up what is left. In short, in such heat with a full hotel - horror. Crush everywhere. There are not enough "cool" places in the territory.
PS We left early, the transfer was at 4.30. The air conditioning in the lobby at night - DOES NOT WORK, SKA! ! 30 people sit and wrap around. It's cooler outside than in the lobby. To a question at the reception, an answer was received that the automation was working, we couldn’t do anything, wrap around or go outside.
P. P. S. The very beautiful bridge that is on all the pictures of the hotel (thrown over the pool) has a bar inside. This is cool. Very NOT cool that this bar is paid : ) So the only function of this bridge is to slightly cut across the pool and shade under it during the day. The bar is empty 99% of the time. Why the fuck is he needed there - it's unclear.
What prevented it from being made free is also unclear.

Summary:

The conclusion is simple - if you are going 2 + 1 - do not go here. For the same money you will go to the same Ruby or Alvadonna, which are 4 heads higher than Venice. Just diametrically different service and quality in general of everything in the world. Yes, it takes longer, but it's worth it (to Alvadonna, by the way, not much further, to Ruby, of course). If you are offered to go to Venice for a thousand dollars 2 + 1 days for 7-10 - agree, but 2 thousand is not worth it at all. If you are traveling 2 + 2 - this is a tolerable inexpensive option with all the nuances described above. That is what is tolerable. I imagine my own feelings if I bought a family room in Venice, like in Alvadonna last year, and not the standard. Disappointment would have increased manifold, because the price would also have increased accordingly : ) Everything is subjective, of course, but I prefer not to think about the quality of rest on vacation, but to relax.
Venice really made me think about this vacation, constantly encountering some kind of jambs and it's annoying. Saved only by a good company.

We will not go here again, it is better to pay extra and go to a better place. The same Alvadonna this season from Kharkiv 2+2 cost $1K more on the same dates than Venice, but now I understand why : )
In general, the whole magic of this hotel is the distance from the airport and the name : ) Really, I do not advise those who want a quality holiday to go here, look for other options.
All the best and happy holidays! : )
