I stopped by this hotel for one night, as a friend had a rest whom she had not seen for a hundred years, before that she had a rest in another hotel in Kemer (Otium Life Hotel), so the whole vacation was ruined for me one night in Venice, starting with the receptionists, what kind of illiterate people are there, stupid, brakes, finishing in a restaurant, you just can’t shout to the waiters, they don’t see or hear at point-blank range, the food is zero, neither the design nor the taste is absolutely nothing, nor everything is fresh, my child couldn’t even eat french fries, the animators seemed to communicate but also through force, no one smiled, everyone had an expression on their faces, why did they get stuck! the territory is only beautiful and large, at the disco, which was supposed to be until 02:00, the DJ turned off the music at 1:30, and the bartender began to clean up the drinks, they say it’s almost 2 all the time, disperse, despite the fact that there were 15 people -20, and everyone asked for music, and nifiga!!!! ! I do not advise anyone and do not recommend this terrible hotel!
