When choosing a hotel, we focused on a spacious area and a sandy beach. Reviews about the hotel were mostly positive, that's why we decided... So, let's start.
We arrived in Antalya early (7 am), and therefore on the way we were warned that the hotel accommodation would be from 12 pm. This is exactly what happened - about a dozen families who had arrived earlier crowded together at the reception. We waited more than three hours, fortunately we managed to have breakfast (bracelets are not issued at the hotel, which is good). We got the key to the second building + assurances that the place is quiet (and it really is). The room has two beds plus a bunk bed for children, the room is standard, no frills, but clean.
Speaking of accommodation, there are three buildings in the hotel, the view of the sea is only from the third building. Views from the windows of the first building: either to the main pool (with the ability to listen to music and announcements from animators), or to the backyard of the neighboring IC Green Hotel (the place is quiet, but behind the hedge there is a garbage dump, a hood and a loading and unloading area of a neighboring restaurant). The second building also offers a view of the pool or the playground with three football fields. Our room overlooked this area. They were very happy - it would be quiet. . . At first it was like that. . . Only at night the chorus of frogs really blocked the sounds of the disco in the neighboring WOW Kremlin Palace. So there were no crickets  . It is quite comfortable to sleep with the balcony door closed, so night noise was not perceived as a problem.

About the number:
There are no special claims. Traces of killed mosquitoes (and they sometimes flew to us) on the walls - hello from previous vacationers.
Mini-bar: soda, mineral water, one and a half shots of pure water and a couple of juices (small, 0.2 liters each). Updated regularly, I was surprised that there was no beer, but again, not critical.
Bathroom-toilet: the shower is built into the wall, which is quite inconvenient when you need to wash the child (partially rinse will not work).
They clean mediocre, bed linen is changed in a strange way - either one bed will be changed, then two. Baksheesh (dollar or euro, it doesn't matter) doesn't change anything drastically on the table, it seemed to us that for a dollar they just splash more air freshener. All the clothes smelled of this air freshener. The younger son accidentally smeared some kind of cream on the sheet, the sheet was specially removed to be replaced... For two days the cleaner stubbornly covered the same sheet, I had to pull it out and explain on my fingers that the sheet with the stain needed to be REPLACED.
Territory:
Definitely big and very green. The staff rustles and buzzes constantly, cutting bushes, weeding, picking up garbage. There are places to walk.
Tennis courts, basketball court well maintained.
The beach is relatively clean.
Mini Club:
The house near the lobby turned out to be a kids club. Inside is a large gym-like space. A TV in the corner with a dangling socket (it's useless, since there is no antenna cable or DVD player), two toys on wheels like "elephant" (more precisely, they are partially on wheels), a couple of trucks, a couple of designers... from toys - everything (I'm not kidding). Ascetic, not the right word.
Nutrition:

Standard for Turkey. By the way, they returned without gaining a kilogram (they ate salads, vegetables, fruits and local fish, similar to tuna). There was a terrible crush at lunch and dinner. A decent crowd was gathering in the lobby, which rushed from a low start to take tables. In view of the presence of two children and the reluctance to push with compatriots, sometimes it was necessary to eat in the heat (on the terrace) or wait for the tables to be vacated. An hour after the start of dinner, tables were easier to find, but it was harder to find decent food (many dishes were empty).
Children's table is also no frills. There was no hot (boiled milk) in principle, it was cold + microwave. For children there was milk in bags (chocolate, banana, etc. , but I did not dare to give my one and a half year old son such milk). Cookies have always been
By the way - if you go to a restaurant with a baby in a stroller - do not rely on the elevator - there is none (! ). There are two options - to drag the stroller up the stairs on your hands or go around the building and lift it up the sloping road for cargo carts. We put up with this - a warm-up before eating.
Sports (gym)
Initially, I was looking for a hotel with a gym so as not to stop training. Hall in "Venice" - words can not describe. Three broken (but later repaired at our request) machines. Not a single dumbbell or bar. A few octagonal pancakes - frolic to your health. In general, it was necessary to apply the mind and skill to work out.
In the neighboring "Kremlin" and "TopKapi" there are two excellent spacious halls, a squash room, working equipment and an instructor (this is again, by the way). Many of them went there from "Venice" along the beach to study.
Health
On the third day, the daughter injured her finger with the ball (crack). The next day we went to the doctor. There was NO ONE in the room marked DOCTOR. Closed. We waited, unobtrusively asking when to expect him. After a couple of hours the doctor didn't show up. We went to swear at the reception, the doctor was called by mobile and called us for an examination. A nurse was sitting in the office, who did not speak English (I am silent about Russian) - she explained on her fingers that she needed to go to the doctor in Antalya. We went, put a tire on - quickly, politely.
A few days later we decided to go and change the bandage. Dead number - the doctor's office was ALWAYS CLOSED. We never saw the doctor, we changed the bandage ourselves. So God forbid, if you need emergency help, you will have to rely only on yourself and those around you.
Other

Leaving, we asked the reception to pack our suitcases in a film (the announcement of such a service was on the door). We paid 40 dollars for two suitcases, they packed them for us and loaded them into the car. At the airport, I found that both suitcases were stupidly cut THROUGH (!!! ) in those places where the wheels and the handle were. Contacting the travel agency for compensation did not lead to anything. They apologized, punished and everything. And the fact that the new Samsonite Black Label suitcases were barbarously damaged is our problem.
Conclusion:
Despite the problems and troubles, we rested perfectly. The main thing is attitude! And this review is just a statement of facts for those who are just going on vacation.
The hotel has 99% of our Slavs (Russia, Ukraine, Moldova). Why the animators clamored in German is a mystery. There were practically no Germans, and this is a sign. The Germans are like crayfish in a river - if everything is fine with the service, then they are right there, and if not, then there are no Germans either....
Here is some kind of feedback.
