Hello. My wife and I are from Ukraine. We rested at Club Hotel Sera for the first time. Ellegance room. We were immediately struck by the luxurious design of the hotel and the territory. The hotel looks much better than in the photo on the Internet.
Let's start with the cons. And there are practically none. Well, if a person goes there to look for flaws and find fault with everything, then of course he can find them. But against the backdrop of that pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, Turkish hospitality, the friendliness of the staff, the sea and the beach, this is not a vacation, but just a fairy tale. If even fewer "ours" rested there, it would be generally ideal. For example, my wife and I are sitting on the pier in the evening, bastardizing, maskviches come. One says: "Yes, beauty", and throws the bull into the sea. The Germans were nearby. Their eyes widened, and they sat for 5 minutes with their mouths open. Their brains must have frozen for a while. And then others will write like the sea is dirty, bulls swim. So excuse me, this is a claim more to the hotel or to "our" vacationers. And these are flowers. Okay, now for the fun.
The staff works well everywhere, there are no complaints (at least with my wife and I). They may not speak Russian and English at the proper level, but if you don’t enter into discussions with them, but just say what you want, they will understand you. The bartenders and waiters are just great. But the cleaning in the rooms is not always the best, so it's better not to screw yourself.

They have their own animation. We liked it, it's cool. But other artists often drop by. We had Africans and Chinese with us. Well, the local animators are cool guys. Hello to you all : )
Great pools and beach. I want to sunbathe there on every corner : ) The pier is also super-duper. What can I say, everything is well thought out. Even in the evening, for example, if you want to retire, please, there are many corners on the territory with tables where no one will disturb you. If you want to go to a more fun place, please go to a bar or a disco.
In general, we will remember the rest for a long time. Only positive impressions. If someone doubts about this hotel, go without hesitation, do not even read negative reviews. We will definitely return there, but we threw coins into the sea from the pier, yo-mayo. So whatever. . . : )
