As for me, the hotel, although built a long time ago, but I did not notice it. We lived in the Club building. The body is super all in bright light green-pink colors. Maybe it will annoy someone, but it didn’t annoy us, it even calmed us down. We saw the Anex building, the building is terrible and the view from it is not impressive (or the view of the road, or the building in front, which closes everything, or, at best, the courtyard, where there are bushes, trees and tables). So, if you want to go to Anex (this is the cheapest building on a tour), do not expect a beautiful view. I liked everything else in the hotel, and the service (they brought bathrobes with slippers to our room, a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine a day later), the territory is large green, as well as the number of bars, restaurants and everything there)))))). It was never boring. There were only good impressions about the hotel and about the rest itself. BUT....not so much about the operator. We flew through the airlines "Rose of the Winds", the operator "TEZTOUR" sent us. This year, I see representatives of the guides from this operator relaxed to the fullest. On the first day, when we arrived and checked in, we approached the guide (a young man), who is constantly at the hotel, on the issue of settling in rooms, to which, without listening to us and our request, they heard the answer: "all questions to the reception". This was even said without raising his head or taking his eyes off the computer. They can only tell about excursions, because for this they receive a salary. Everything else doesn't bother them. But that's not the worst. I was outraged when on the penultimate day of our holiday they called us and said that the flight was being postponed, and it turned out that our 8th day of rest was simply stolen, and instead of flying to Kyiv at 17:25, we were already in We were at the airport at 6 am. Moreover, when we were brought to the airport, the transfer guide told us the check-in desk brought us to the entrance and quickly ran away. We approach the counters and understand that the flight is not to Kyiv but to Kharkov, other vacationers from the hotel to Donetsk, and the third to Odessa. Everyone was shocked that on the way the guide knew and did not warn, and how a coward ran away. We found a representative at the airport, to which we were told that either fly like this, and if you are not satisfied, buy tickets and fly yourself when you want and where you want. The operator will transfer all the blame to the airlines. In short, it was a waste of a lot of time and cries of disassembly, but they did not achieve anything. All good fluffy, but only harmful tourists. But we, those who ended up flying to Kharkov, were the luckiest of all, since after arriving there we flew to Kyiv in half an hour. But those who flew to Donetsk flew out only after 12 hours, and those who flew to Odessa generally traveled by autolux.
