Good day to all!
I'll start in order. I was going to go on vacation with my girlfriend (30 years old) and my parents (55/60 years old). We chose a hotel for a long time, because. it was necessary to find one that justified its stars and was suitable for all ages. We opted for "Club Hotel Sera" and did not regret our choice for a minute!!!
We went via Teztur. Claims, if any, are not too significant.
Rested from 22 to 29 August 2010.
The flight Odessa-Antalya passed without incident, in 1.35 hours they even managed to feed.
We met on a small bus. The advantage of the hotel "Sera" is that it is located near the airport, do not spend a lot of time on the transfer.
A small digression: each of our company has been in many countries, in the baggage of impressions, including Japan, Africa, Vietnam, Europe, etc…. But it was the first time in Turkey.

The hotel immediately amazes with its luxury!! ! Gold, marble, high ceilings in the lobby. . . Everything is in Turkish style. We took Elegance rooms (for a week we didn’t go on an excursion to the club and anex), because. We knew from the reviews that they were the best.
Before the trip, I read a great many reviews, I want to go through the main points:
1. Planes fly over the hotel.
Yes, but we were ABSOLUTELY not bothered! In the room you can’t hear them at all, but so... Well, it flew by, so what? Sometimes even in 5 minutes three flew by, but did not bother at all!
2. Cats…
Yes, a lot, but they didn’t climb into our plate or others in the visibility zone (we didn’t see it). Cool, different stripes and sizes.
3. Not enough meat.
Agree. If you are a convinced meat eater, then you will have to eat chicken or roast with meat. We didn't suffer. The food was very tasty and varied! Every day there was a new dish! Once there was even sushi, and very decent quality! And the desserts……. MMMMMMM……. They just crawled out from behind the table like koloboks!  ))))))))))
4. There are no slippers and bathrobes in the rooms, take them with you.
I also met statements about the staff... About the "slow Turkish service"...
Sorry, but this is BRED! The kids are running around! Friendly, drinks at the bars are served quickly! Tipped at the bar only once ($10) on my birthday. And that was 2 days before departure. Before that, the service was excellent, and after that, of course, even better!  ))))
Tipping the maid left every other day for $ 2. So we made swans from towels and hearts! The minibar was replenished every day (2 juices, 2 waters without gas, 2 with gas).

More about the number. When settling in, parents were given a normal one, and we were given for people with disabilities (they are located opposite the elevators). Differences: no balcony (i. e. you open the balcony door, and there is a railing right there... and we are both smokers, so the balcony is very necessary), in the bathroom instead of a bath, a shower with metal fixtures to hold on…. In short, we decided to change. They understood that they might have to give money, but they acted differently. We went not to the reception, but to the representatives of Teztur. And all with a smile, not with a collision. They gave me another number right away. 
As already mentioned in many reviews, one of the huge pluses of the hotel is a large number of sunbeds!! ! Nati is free and exactly where she wanted, no problem!
Three swimming pools, one of them with sea water! From 10 am and, it seems, until 4 pm, there is a DJ by the pool, great music! You can swim in it at any time of the day or night! Not closed for refurbishment! This is where we spent most of our time!
Animation is. She may not be as active as some would like, but we liked it! On the last day, I even took part in morning exercises at 10 am. I regretted that I didn't do it every day…  Animators hold competitions, step aerobics, some other games and jokes.
With 24 hours disco. But we lived up to it only once (on my birthday), because. very tired during the day. The music is decent, all new sets, good remixes!
Bars are open from 9.30 am until the end of the disco (somewhere until 4 am). Free local drinks (vodka, beer, whiskey, tequila, Baileys, white and red wine). The quality is tolerable, you can drink (if you are not a gourmet).
Now for the “a la carte” restaurants… We decided to go to the Mediterranean! We signed up for 19:00 (you can do this to the right of the reception until 16:00 on the current day). The cost is 2 euros per person for service. Dressed up (let's go to the restaurant! ), Came...
The menu consists of a salad (three types), a main course (three types) and a dessert (also three dishes)... Drinks (except water, forfeits and cola) are paid... Wine from 18 euros... Free wine was brought with a fight. The waiters are boors (the only negative moment in 7 days)! The main course was carried for 45 minutes... They wanted to take 5 main courses for four - you can’t! One dish for each!  ))
In short, they didn’t wait for dessert and skipped to a common dinner!  ))))))))))))
This concludes our visits to a la carte restaurants. Mom tried the next day to talk about it with the guy who signs up for these dinners....

What can I say . . She was almost sent! Like “what did you want for 2 euros? ” He spoke to her impudently, interrupted and did not let her speak!
Perhaps if we were ready for this, then the mood would not have deteriorated so much....
Now about shopping! They took us to the textile market....It's a piper! Prices are too high! The whole system is built on kickbacks to guides! And all this is included in the price! Even if our fellow travelers on this trip from Yakutia said that it was cheaper for them, then imagine how the prices of Odessa citizens amazed us!! ! In short, they left. We tried to negotiate with the driver that we would pay him and he would take us to Migros or another large market. Refused outright!! ! Well, we all went to the hotel. 
And they also got to the leather factory. Also funny! We went with my mom and a friend (for the company). The plan was to buy something for me. Bottom line: all three came out with jackets!  )))))))))
But they traded for an hour and a half !!!!!!!!! ! Tiring - just horror!!!!! ! But, for example, the starting price of my jacket was $ 625, they took it for 300... Mom's 985, but they took it for 400... Well, the same situation with my girlfriend! My jacket was slightly sutured on the spot, it fit perfectly.
My conclusion: if I go to Antalya again - no shopping!! ! Or go by bus yourself... Well, if you need something made of leather, then first ask the price in your city! And set the bar for yourself and do not deviate from it! Something, but the Turks know how to bargain!  )))))))) Tea, coffee, conversations "for life", fit into the soul, trying to become a friend!
Of the excursions, we went to rafting, to a yacht and to the dance show “Fires of Anatolia”.
Rafting. My father traveled alone, so I can’t really say anything. He did not like it very much... I did not take money with me, and there I even had to buy water and special shoes for hire for 12 dollars. take. Arrived not very happy.

Yacht. Traveled with my father. The mood was immediately spoiled by the fact that we were brought almost the very last, all the good places were already taken!  So, if you want to sunbathe on the upper deck, pray that you will be brought early… Lunch on the yacht was not too varied, but very tasty! We made two stops for swimming. Cool! But whether such a $100 walk is worth it is up to you. I'm not very satisfied. The Crimean coast is not too different from the Antalya landscape. But swimming in such water slightly covers the negative. 
And the dance show is amazing! It cost $ 55 per person, but the money is not a pity! The beauty! And again, the guides of Teztour distinguished themselves... Again, they brought us almost the last... We sat in the VERY last row.  Well, adventures on the way back....We were looking for our bus for a long time! By the time they found it, the rest had already left. We approached, the bus was closed, there was no driver... Then I found myself, slept in some nook.  Okay, sat down, set off. At roll call, it turns out that four are missing! We find in a couple of minutes, they nailed to another group. I want to talk about two of the losses separately !! ! After spending 6 days at the hotel at that time, my friend and I were surprised “well, who writes bad reviews about good hotels ??? ” Yes, here they are, darlings! The man begins to resent the whole bus that the show is garbage !! ! “This is not art, this is how horses do it with their feet, give me a company of soldiers and they will dance like that in a month! ” By the way, the show is dedicated to the dances of the historical region of Anatolia, which used to include Georgia. The phrase of the military “and how could we, Russians, go to where these Georgian terrorists are dancing ?? ? And why didn't they show the dances of Russia???? ? And all in such spirit! Sorry, well, Russia was not included in Anatolia!  )))))) The whole hour before the hotel they listened that “the Turks are generally relaxed, they need to be built!! ! I, they say, poked the maid everywhere with her nose and made sure that she cleaned the way I want! And what tips?? ? They get paid!! ! And they don’t pour wine for me, and they don’t pay attention to me! And in general they don’t wear it on their hands !! ! ”  )) In short, it didn’t even immediately become clear that we were living with them in the same hotel…  ))
The woman kept threatening to write a review! I'm looking forward to it! ; )
Well, that seems to be all I wanted to tell you! It got a little messy…

Thanks to those who have read to the end!
The hotel is worth the money and will definitely go there again!!!!!!!
I will gladly answer questions. 
