I want to share my bitter experience with those who are planning to buy leather or fur products in Turkey. I had a rest in August 2010 in Club Hotel Sera 5 * on the territory of which there is a branch of the NATUREL ANTALYA store. As in many hotels, employees of such branches invite tourists to visit the central office of the store and get acquainted with all the available assortment.
This happened to me as well. We were taken with other tourists in comfort to the store in Antalya. Each customer was served by an obligingly importunate consultant. After I chose a sheepskin coat and a fur vest for myself, the “hour of reckoning” came.
The total purchase amount was $1.200. I paid $500 on the spot, and I planned to pay $700 via bank transfer from Moscow. (By the way, I already had such a successful experience of buying leather items in Turkey). Therefore, after the end of the vacation, I returned home happy and the next day I made a bank transfer to Turkey. It was in August. . .
November is in the yard..... I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY THINGS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In September, they still called me from the store and asked if I received the things! ? Since October, all employees in the store have abruptly stopped speaking Russian, as well as English. It's cold outside.... I still wear my old jacket. This is how I "gave" my money to the glorious store "NATUREL ANTALYA".
