returned from a trip to Sera a few days ago. In principle, there are no comments, we did not require VIP service. But in principle, and so everything was fine, all problems and issues were resolved instantly. Three of us went (me, husband, son 6 years old), lived in elegans. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. Balcony sufficient (table = 2 chairs). The room was cleaned daily with high quality, regardless of whether they left a dollar or not. The Russian-speaking staff was nowhere such that we were not understood or it was difficult for us to explain ourselves. Very friendly The sea is clean and warm. Child, cat. likes more pools from the sea did not get out all day long. The beaches are clean. 1 swimming pool with sea water and slides, most of the animation takes place near it. Animation was of little interest to us, but in principle you could find something to do during the day. There is always a lot of food, if somewhere the bar closes, in another place it immediately opens. Drinks all the time. And it’s not true that you can’t take it to the room, we wore cocktails and coffee, and beer constantly several times a day and no one even looked askance. As for food, we are not picky, the only thing was that if you are used to seafood, then there are none at all and in any form. And I would like to. You won't leave hungry, everything is delicious. During the week of our stay, we did not even try everything. As for the planes - I thought it would be worse. They did not strain at all, it was even interesting to watch them. The holiday went well, we are satisfied. I can safely recommend the hotel to my friends. I would like to return here, but only after visiting other hotels (for comparison)
