Rested in Sera on October 9-18, my husband and I, a child 1 year 10 months and my older sister. Fresh memories to share. Lived in the room elegans, spacious and sea view. Upon check-in, they asked for rooms nearby, without any problems, and the banknotes in the passport provided us with what we needed. Maybe because the end of the season, the hotel is obviously not 100% full. The joke was that when we were told that the 1st floor, we grimaced and asked for a higher one. After carefully looking at the computer, the answer was that there were no rooms above the floors nearby. Well, no, no, let's move in. We laughed a lot at ourselves when we saw that the 1st floor in the elegans building is at the level of 6-7 floors of a standard building. So we were provided with an excellent view, and with my sister, in addition to the phone in the room, we also talked from the balconies. In general, the whole service: cleaning, changing linen and towels, replenishing the bar, food - all without comment. Regarding nutrition - the child has an allergy, you can’t give everything that you have. We took canned meat for children with us - they came in handy. Then they approached the guest administrator (the sweetest girl Olga), asked if there was an opportunity for the child to cook beef without salt, carrots, pepper, etc. In front of us, she immediately phoned the kitchen, I don’t know who, in short, the issue was resolved positively . For lunch we had a separate plate of broth with chopped beef. Nicely? undoubtedly! The kitchen is wonderful. For us three adults - a holiday of taste and belly! Animators clearly worked on slabone. For 10 days children's disco only 3 times! and it's half an hour. We did not see the Turkish night in the hotel, I don’t know for what reasons. . . I went to water aerobics once and saw exercises in the amphitheater three times, but I had no desire to do it at +30. My husband also played bocci, and shot somewhere there, and also participated in water games in the pool. He had enough, I obviously didn't.... I compare the animation with the hotel "Insula" (also 5 stars ultra) 12 km from Alanya. This is a very, very, very thoughtful, high-quality and memorable work! But back to Sera. The style of the antique city is superbly sustained. All these arches, pots, vases, mirrors, Sera Avenue, gazebos, tables under umbrellas, bars on the territory, delicious cakes (a patient queue lined up behind them), beaches and adults and children (a very thoughtful place for bathing children) and everything else is very pleasing to the soul and the eye. We do not regret for a minute that we chose this hotel, it is convenient, comfortable, beautiful, tasty, a little drunk there and, in the end, we did not want to leave.
