If you have questions about the life, food and staff, you can contact the guest service. appealed, the effect is immediate. the program of daytime animation events was not thought out a bit - several are being held at the same time, so I had to choose one thing. Haven't been to the nursery so I can't say. the hotel itself is very pompous, a lot of mirrors, vases with flowers, clocks, photo corners, three types of lighting in the lobby and the transition from the Park building at different times of the day and calm music. piano melodies played live in the main restaurant "pulled" for lunch in the main restaurant, and not other cafes and bars with food, which are many on the territory. the staff is unobtrusive, neat, friendly and smiling. one problem - planes overhead, but after a few days they no longer bothered. very friendly and attentive spa staff. rested soul for all 100, I wanted to stay more. We will definitely return to the Club Hotel Sera and, perhaps, more than once.
