We stayed at this hotel for the second time. 8 of our friends came with us, on our recommendation. Everyone was very pleased. The only thing that overshadowed our stay at the hotel was the guide Svetlana.
Such cynical rudeness, I have not seen for a long time. To be honest, her attitude towards people who came to rest just shocked me. It's just amazing how she can be kept in this position.
