I want to note that I completely agree with the reviews of other vacationers about Guest Relation Laura, who, like a fairy, does good deeds and takes care of everyone who needs any help ?? ? Many thanks to her for her help, responsiveness, understanding, and solving our requests ?????? . But unfortunately we were very unlucky with the guide, this is the first time, we have never had such situations with anyone !!! ! We rested here in 2014, my daughter and her family in 2015, so this review is more like a comparison after 4 years of staying at this hotel.
1. Transfer from the airport.

2. Upon arrival at the hotel, they filled out questionnaires, received bracelets, water, and coffee. We did not go to breakfast, because they said that we would be settled in an hour. At 8:00 an employee of Guest Relation Laura (she didn't work in 2014) approached us, we got to know each other and she began to "do" her good deeds.
"In secret" - the daughter was written off with the hotel on the occasion of the celebration of the 60th anniversary of my wife, in order to surprise the birthday girl. We discussed everything with Laura, received, as a bonus, the third restaurant, in which it was planned to celebrate the holiday. After about 15 minutes, Mr. Ergun came up to us and got to know each other. In the future, almost every day, they met him at the hotel at 8 am and 11 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday. Then it turned out that he and his family live on the territory of the hotel, hence the constant control on his part over the work of the staff. Always friendly, with a smile, always interested in whether everything suits and how the rest goes. Super CEO and cool guy! ! ! And, accordingly, such a director has well-trained staff. Attitude towards vacationers is extremely helpful. The service staff bar has been raised very high compared to 2014.
2. We settled in the 17th villa, room 1217, second floor, 2-room suite for three (granddaughter with us).
Luxurious room: 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, two double beds and a sofa, 2 large TVs, air conditioning in each room. Cleaning every day, no complaints about the quality. The only thing that annoyed me the first 2 days was how the cleaners tuck the blankets under the sheets. We contacted Laura and the issue was resolved. Stopped. In 2014, the rooms had shaving foam, so I did not bring my own. But not now. I had to go bow to Laura. On the same day, the foam was in the room.
3. I will not describe the territory, we did not notice any special changes. The territory, as it was, is just a corner of paradise. The sea and the beach - everything is the same as before, without comment, cool. All three bars are in place.

To say that it is very good is to say nothing. Fabulous! Of course, lobsters and black caviar, like in 2014, are not offered, but otherwise everything is super. The range has expanded. Thematic days - the same schedule.
Monday is Chinese night.
Not fans of any sushi and roll. But now they began to offer stewed duck, in front of you they cut it into pieces. Very tender meat.
Tuesday - Fish Night. Crayfish are boiled. Cooked properly, with dill. Mussels, all kinds of fish (sea bass, sea bream, cod stew), red fish baked in salt.
Wednesday - Italian night. We didn't have dinner, we went to a Turkish restaurant. Everything is still there. Rack of lamb is also great, cooked on coals, not on an electric grill. After the Turkish restaurant we went to the main restaurant to see what it is like on an Italian night. Wood-fired pizza, baked beef tenderloin cut right in front of you, shrimp in white sauce, lasagna. A few of what we saw. They didn't try. Kara had enough.
Thursday - Mexican night. Not fans of spicy food. Rolls (aka durum kebab) stuffed. Roast beef is being cut in front of you medium roast. Amazing. And then the legs of chickens from the grill, add fresh vegetables - here's a royal dinner for you.

Saturday - Turkish night. Several grills on the street (there were none in 2014) with meat, fish, something in the dough.

It was an appetizer, I don’t even advise ordering, so as not to clog the stomach. Digression: before the menu in English and in the room Guest relation ordered a restaurant. Now each restaurant has a separate menu in 4 languages. Checked the box and no problem. We ordered hot - grilled salmon (for the granddaughter), stewed lamb leg, grilled beef steak. This was the feast of the belly. They even asked for French cognac under the tiramisu.
We did not go to this restaurant on our last visit. There were average reviews.

2. We settled in the 17th villa, room 1217, second floor, 2-room suite for three (granddaughter with us).
Luxurious room: 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, two double beds and a sofa, 2 large TVs, air conditioning in each room. Cleaning every day, no complaints about the quality. The only thing that annoyed me the first 2 days was how the cleaners tuck the blankets under the sheets. We contacted Laura and the issue was resolved. Stopped. In 2014, the rooms had shaving foam, so I did not bring my own. But not now. I had to go bow to Laura. On the same day, the foam was in the room.
3. I will not describe the territory, we did not notice any special changes. The territory, as it was, is just a corner of paradise. The sea and the beach - everything is the same as before, without comment, cool. All three bars are in place.

To say that it is very good is to say nothing. Fabulous! Of course, lobsters and black caviar, like in 2014, are not offered, but otherwise everything is super. The range has expanded. Thematic days - the same schedule.
Monday is Chinese night.
Not fans of any sushi and roll. But now they began to offer stewed duck, in front of you they cut it into pieces. Very tender meat.
Tuesday - Fish Night. Crayfish are boiled. Cooked properly, with dill. Mussels, all kinds of fish (sea bass, sea bream, cod stew), red fish baked in salt.
Wednesday - Italian night. We didn't have dinner, we went to a Turkish restaurant. Everything is still there. Rack of lamb is also great, cooked on coals, not on an electric grill. After the Turkish restaurant we went to the main restaurant to see what it is like on an Italian night. Wood-fired pizza, baked beef tenderloin cut right in front of you, shrimp in white sauce, lasagna. A few of what we saw. They didn't try. Kara had enough.
Thursday - Mexican night. Not fans of spicy food. Rolls (aka durum kebab) stuffed. Roast beef is being cut in front of you medium roast. Amazing. And then the legs of chickens from the grill, add fresh vegetables - here's a royal dinner for you.

Friday - Night of Mediterranean cuisine. My favorite day. Seafood: mussels and oysters (here I was dissatisfied - dry). Crayfish in abundance. Beer. Calculated: 6 sets of 18 pieces (no longer fit into a large plate) + 3 beers. For dinner, not bad. True, on the day of the Ramadan holiday, crayfish were replaced with Turkish cuisine. It was something. Stewed rams in natural size, the softest meat. Sliced light-salted trout, Donner beef, ice cream cake, not to mention sweet.
Saturday - Turkish night. Several grills on the street (there were none in 2014) with meat, fish, something in the dough.
Pide, lahmacun.
Sunday - International Cuisine. Didn't even come in, so no comment. Dined in Italian. Minestroni - none. Spaghetti with seafood - a dozen peeled shrimp from a can of pasta. Tortellini with mushrooms - mushrooms are not visible and does not smell. No, this is not Italy.
It was an appetizer, I don’t even advise ordering, so as not to clog the stomach. Digression: before the menu in English and in the room Guest relation ordered a restaurant. Now each restaurant has a separate menu in 4 languages. Checked the box and no problem. We ordered hot - grilled salmon (for the granddaughter), stewed lamb leg, grilled beef steak. This was the feast of the belly. They even asked for French cognac under the tiramisu.
We did not go to this restaurant on our last visit. There were average reviews.
In general, the food at the hotel is like torture. Previously, there was a mockery of the body, and now - some kind of sadomasochism. Enjoy through moral pain every time, denying yourself the desire to try to eat everything. I won’t list what they offer, others have already unsubscribed and “posted” the pictures.
Simply, everything has become more and more diverse.

I read previous reviews before posting. Well, maybe not everyone liked it as much as I did. This is not the first time in Turkey. The hotel was built a long time ago, but we got there after renovation : ). Rooms, bathrooms, restaurant, toilets on the beach. Bed linen, towels are new. A couple of days back.

Location: Near the airport (quick access). Territory 5+. very beautiful.
Staff: Friendly, helpful, diligent. Housekeeping is not bad, but it's hard for me to judge, because. didn't litter at all. Some employees speak Russian well, some understand what you ask them.
Rooms: Quite comfortable with an extra sofa bed. New plumbing, new tiles, new linens and towels, etc. The only bad thing, as in all hotels - poor soundproofing. If it's quiet, then there are no neighbors : ) Perhaps there are rooms with an unimportant view, next to the household. block. But, probably, they settle there when the hotel is full. And there are a lot of people there even in May.
Restaurant: Very clean, I'm in awe of this. Tablecloths are changed immediately if dirty. The food is varied, not bad, as in Turkey (there is no dispute about tastes). The food is suitable even for dieters (you can always find diet meals). They offer to fill out an allergy card (if you need food restrictions). There are fruits, now in May strawberries in desserts and in bulk : ) Every day - themed dinners. especially good fish days and italian dinners.
Entertainment: Animation, various activities, separate pools, a playground, etc. are organized for children. Animation for adults is not intrusive. I'm not a supporter of it, but this time I specifically came to watch the competitions : ) In the evenings, performances for adults and children, an evening disco with good live music, and after 24:00 the dancing company moves to the beach, to the bar, away from the houses.
Territory: As soon as you arrive at the reception, you are immediately struck by the beauty of the park. There is no sea view as such, the windows overlook the garden, and the garden is simply magnificent. Flowers are renewed all the time, grass is cut, bushes are washed from dust.
Silence in the territory: As already mentioned, the soundproofing in the rooms is poor, but the territory is quiet, the birds sing. Disco up to 24 hours can be heard mainly in rooms close to the central pool. We took a room further away, at the very end of the territory. It's good there. The neighboring hotel also holds discos, if the windows of the room look towards the sea, they are almost inaudible.
Beach: Sand. Smooth entry into the sea. Slippers are not needed.
In general, I liked it very much.
