There were no interruptions in water, the plumbing worked properly, the linen was clean. the rooms were cleaned well. Animation is good, children's animation is great. Special thanks to the animators - by name: Alina, Guljam, Inna, Arina, Nadezhda, Eldar, etc. The staff is very friendly. For people who are in the mood for relaxation, everything is fine. For skeptics and lazy people there is always a negative. On the beach, the sand is sieved daily. But there are not enough sun loungers, which are old and often broken. Once there was a shortage of beach towels. The sea is really dirty. but this is not the hotel's fault. The hotel staff do their best. The food is somewhat monotonous from day to day, but the choice of dishes is large. If you try everything, then just enough variety for a vacation. There were few fish and seafood dishes. And a lot of chicken dishes. Breakfasts are poor, almost only egg dishes, sausage is not very tasty. And the eggs get bored on the third day. No one can have any complaints about lunches and especially dinners. Chefs THANK YOU. In general, the impression of the hotel is good, but the hotel does not pull five stars, but it tries very hard.
