Just returned from a lovely stay at a terrible old hotel. Problems with hotel accommodation. For a room in the central building, you need to pay an additional $100 per person. We were put up in Block D. The elevators are dirty and get stuck all the time.
The rooms are old and dirty. Air conditioners turn off at night, but not always. They clean the room terribly, towels are not changed until you ask. Only water is replenished in the mini bar. Our refrigerator didn't work at all. The bathroom is horribly old and dirty.
The hotel area is large, green and blooming.....constantly dirty and smelly. The staff is small, and therefore there is no one to clean.

The main restaurant is very large. You must always come first to get a seat. At the end of the restaurant it is better not to sit down, it stinks very much. Having taken a place, run run for food, while there is still, there is. Since there are not enough seats in the restaurant, other couples will constantly sit down to you and try to get you out as quickly as possible. There are very few waiters and therefore by the end of lunch or dinner you will be waiting for your order if they bring what you ordered.
There are enough sun loungers on the beach. If you want to be closer to the sea, then come early. Beach towels are issued only for 8 hours. Sunbeds and mattresses how old and how many hotels. Over time, you'll get used to it. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, then sand. The sea is warm and calm until noon. After lunch there are always big waves, algae and other mud.
Pools are large, slides are open from 10 to 18 daily. Animation is constantly running by the pool.
Every evening a different show. From 22.30 live music (what? That's another question). Every day is standard, like everywhere children's discos. For young people, who are very few there - mostly visiting and discotheques.
The hotel caters for couples and the elderly. Mostly Kazakhs and Russians.
We have been in Turkey for 7 times already. We have never seen such a hotel. Service is non-existent. It's not even 4 stars. I advise everyone for the money to choose another hotel. We were told that in 2011 there was a reconstruction of the hotel, as it turned out later, only luxury rooms were being renovated. In the midst of the season, it is difficult to even move into a deluxe room, because there are few such rooms and they are busy.
I never wrote a review because I've never seen anything like it before. For those who are in Turkey for the first time, this is a great hotel, but for people who have something to compare with, this is a horror.
