I want tourists not to peck at positive reviews and carefully analyze them. Was at the hotel from the beginning of September 2017 for 14 days. Very advised in the travel agency based on those hotels in Turkey, where I was with my family. In addition, I looked into various reviews and concluded that Bellis is suitable (in vain). I explain, and this is my personal opinion, the opinion of family and friends, and there were 10 of us, the hotel is NOT BAD (the word good does not fit with it a bit). I compare with hotels of the same level in Belek and Kemer (I do not advertise, therefore I do not write the name). Regarding the rave reviews and especially with the names of the staff, this is all mostly bullshit (to themselves), but what is it that any employee at the reception or somewhere else has done besides her functional duties, this is her job and they should always do it well and with smile.
As for the territory, it’s beautiful, but what did you want to see in hotels of this level, in all such hotels there are beautiful territories, where it can be a little better, but in Bellis, as some AHs write, I didn’t notice this. Of course, where not to be or to be in hotels of a lower level, then this is AH.
The advertised "zoo", well, you go with your child 1 time, and by and large there is nothing to watch, well, except for the cool monkey Zico and even zebras and ostriches. This one does not pull on a real zoo, like the hotel itself for 5 stars, well, a solid 4.

The food is also not bad, no one will remain hungry, for September there was a very modest choice of fruits and most of them were not ripe and not tasty. In the morning, orange juice seems to be freshly squeezed, but no one saw where it is crushed and very diluted with water, the rest of the time for a fee and this is a 5 star ultra all inclusive deluxe. In the main restaurant, and it’s hard to call a restaurant just a large dining room, often queues for meat, even for scrambled eggs, it’s already funny, but what do you stand for about 10 minutes. The so-called waiters try not to catch the eye so as not to run after the order, you from you.
More about the "kind and helpful" staff - the children ate poorly at lunch and at 17.00 got hungry and went into a cafe where vacationers sat and ate, they (children 4.7 and 10 years old) were simply denied food, explaining that the cafe was open only until 17.00 and they had to wait another 2 hours before the opening of the dining room. I approached the administration with a complaint about this case, but they told me that THIS is the concept of the hotel, such a concept for the children of the so-called family hotel.
Bellis is promoted as a family hotel and there are indeed many families with children, but so often in the reviews the praised children's animation, one can say and comparing with other hotels, is greatly exaggerated. After a couple of visits to the Pony Kids Club, our children refused to go there, and I myself witnessed that, having arrived ahead of time for a child, he was swinging alone on a swing and no one was engaged in him, as in others and other children who are self-employed on the playground.
In general, of course, we had a good rest, but there is no desire to return there again!
