rested in this hotel from 09/27/18 to 10/03/18 with a 5 year old child I have no positive words to describe this "hotel"!
1. the rooms are just awful both in condition and cleanliness! my son and I were settled in room 6121, this room can be called a dump
- the furniture is broken;
- the room itself is dirty;
- in the shower mold, the smell of colonization and hot water had to wait for 30 min. ;
- the view from the room goes directly to the roof of the restaurant, on which there are heaps of garbage and cigarette butts;
- on the second day, the sink fell out, the fragments scattered all over the shower room (the sink was glued to the countertop from below);
- after a small skirmish with the reception, after 40 minutes a plumber and a cleaning lady came and even after that they did not want to give me another room, arguing that the sealant would dry before the morning and the smell would disappear!!! ! REMIND THAT I AM WITH A LITTLE CHILD!

- juice in vending machines is a powder diluted with water DO NOT THINK OF DRINKING IT AND ALSO GIVING TO CHILDREN!!!!
- in the children's restaurant it smells terribly of plastics and again everything is beaten and dirty.
3 on the second night, as soon as we moved to room 6294, the child began to have diarrhea and vomiting, I had to open insurance and call a doctor;
- the doctor arrived after 1 hour, examined, gave an injection and wrote out a prescription, and the nearest pharmacy is in Belek about 10 km. as a result, another $55 for drugs and delivery! BUT IN JUSTICE, I WANT TO NOTE THAT HE HAD MY OWN MEDICINES AND THE DOCTOR INDICATED WHAT YOU CAN USE, BUT WILL THEY PROVIDE THE NEEDED EFFECT OR NO WARRANTY IS NOT GIVED!

4. after a rude conversation with a representative of the tour operator, they arranged a meeting with the hotel manager! who spun a bunch of incomprehensible words about the body's addiction to Turkish food and gave us black bracelets with which we got access to other restaurants with adequate food, but even there, apart from bananas, everything else was already forbidden to us by the doctor!
5. The spa in the hotel is also not clean and comfortable, everything is broken, showers and toilets are dirty, there are no locks in the locker rooms.
6. THE ONLY THING IN THIS HOTEL WAS AT THE HEIGHT IS KIDS ANIMATION, THE GUYS REALLY WORKED!
