We met as usual. Like in Turkey. Stela (guest relation) - behaves boorishly with guests, does not solve anything there.

For so many years, this is the first time we meet a hotel with such a high level of food. The most delicious food we have not had to eat in other hotels. The main thing is that the food does not deteriorate over time. Thank you personally to the boss. The restaurant is very clean. Staff 50/50. polite / familiar - which, in principle, was not previously in Turkey. They work well, but do not have time to clear the dishes from the table.
Not enough staff. And they remove the plates, right from under their noses, without asking. Nobody will go hungry for sure. Breakfast - Late breakfast - Lunch - At 4 o'clock lunch (cookies, fresh donuts, cakes) - Dinner - Late dinner.
Territory.
Small. Even small. But cozy. There is little greenery, because the hotel is new. a lot has been planted. It's convenient that it's close to the sea.
Bar.
And in the bar and in the restaurant, cola and sprite are very tasteless, alcoholic drinks are also not very good (according to tourists)
Animation.
Disgusting. More precisely, it simply does not exist. Animators are great guys. This is the first hotel where this level of animation. And you can not blame the fact that this is a new hotel. Almost all the animators have worked in other hotels for several years, that is, they have work experience, but it's not their fault, just the chief and the animation manager do nothing. We watched the same show 3 times in 2 weeks. The scene is full of vulgarity. But all with children. This is the biggest negative of this hotel.
I am 19 years old and for 2 weeks I did not know where to put myself. Very few games and entertainment during the day for guests. The mini club works very well.
Beach.
Dirty compared to other hotels. It is very inconvenient to go into the sea, because there are stones on the shore.
Rooms.
I liked it very much. New. Very interesting interior. Made with taste. But one minus is the family room - the second room is too small and a narrow corridor between the rooms where the doors open (to the bathroom, to the bedroom, closet door). There is a balcony. They lived in the first building. The view from the room is disgusting. Building on all sides. And when they arrived they said that it did not work. Work began at 7:00. They pounded on metal. Sleep is impossible. Directly under the balcony is a tennis court. We instantly woke up from these sounds and the screams of the players.
SPA
Nothing special. As everywhere. Extortion of money. Massage is done not by specialists and doctors, but by Russian self-taught people.
Good sports hall. Sauna.
