They bought a one-day excursion to Israel from their tour operator, the departure was at 2 am, in the evening they asked to prepare a lunch box and a drink, they wrote it down at the reception, at 2 am there were no lunch boxes, I had to make some kind of sandwiches in the launch bar on my own, we didn’t receive drinks, there were no packages or boxes for sandwiches. At the reception on the day of departure, I had to swear because of wrapping the suitcases with foil, it was agreed for $ 5, but at the last moment the price became $ 10 (as well as at the airport), although the suitcase is small.
