On July 4.2014, I purchased a tour to Turkey, to the CRYSTAL WATERWORLD RESORT & SPA 5 * hotel, with dates from 07/11/2014 to 07/17/2014.
Upon arrival at the hotel, my daughter and I were settled in room number 1016.
On July 14.2014, at about 19:00-21:00, during our absence from the room, money in the amount of 10.000 (ten thousand) rubles, 97 (ninety-seven) US dollars and a gold ring with a diamond were stolen from the safe. It was found that the safe had been pulled out of the wall (the two bolts with which the safe was fastened were lying inside it), pieces of chipboard were scattered, the power supply and wires were pulled out of the wall, the safe was de-energized and completely open. Money and a gold ring are stolen from the safe. We immediately invited the head of security of the hotel, wrote a statement about the incident. Representatives of the security service, in turn, called the gendarmerie.

The gendarmes and the security service for a very long time, about 3 hours, until 24:00, examined everyone in the room. After a long discussion between them, the head of security and the head of technical support of the hotel began to act very aggressively, trying to distance themselves from the problem. They began to threaten my daughter and me that they would take us to the gendarmerie at twelve o'clock at night, and we would be there until they were conducting an investigation. At that moment, a woman from neighboring room No. 1018 came to the room, who also stated that her safe had been broken into and all the money (70.000 rubles, currency, and a gold watch) had been stolen. All those present (head of security, head of the technical service, gendarmes) went to her room.
We needed legal assistance, and I tried to call the 24-hour TEZ-TOUR tourist support in Antalya +902423105700, but no one answered the phone.
At 3 a. m. , when we had already gone to bed, the gendarmes and the security service returned and stated in a very rude manner that now if we do not put in a statement that we do not need gendarmes, then my daughter and I will be taken to the station and will be kept there. I had to write in a statement that we do not need gendarmes, and they all left.
On 07/15/2014 at 9 o'clock in the morning, I applied to the representative at the hotel of the TEZ-Tour tour operator and asked to change the CRYSTAL WATERWORLD RESORT & SPA 5 * hotel, in which we did not feel safe, to a hotel of equal category. The representative of the tour operator "TEZ-Tour" photographed the scene - the safe, in the form in which it was presented to the gendarmes - and, attaching my application, sent the documents to the head office.
The head office of TEZ-Tour offered accommodation options with a lower category, 4 stars, in the steppe, away from the sea, with an additional surcharge for replacement. We suffered moral and material damage while staying at the CRYSTAL WATERWORLD RESORT & SPA 5 * hotel, which did not provide us with a safe stay. TEZ-TOUR staff did not respond in time to our request for legal assistance.
