Arrived quickly and without incident early in the morning. At the hotel, we waited quite a long time for our two rooms. The first room on the ground floor, a corner room with an extra folding bed, was given almost on time (as it was stated at about two o'clock in the afternoon), the second room was given in a completely different part of the hotel on the third floor with a delay, although they asked as one family to give neighboring rooms nearby. But they did not swear and took the numbers that were assigned to us. Of course, it was not convenient to walk to each other from one part of the hotel to the opposite. Cleaned our room on the ground floor regularly and well. The second room, unfortunately, was cleaned extremely rarely and not qualitatively. In both cases, tips were not stinted, but the attitude of the cleaners towards the second room was negligent.
They gave a common big bed and a cot (as I already wrote) for three people to stay. But they put two blankets for three people. I had to repeatedly ask for another blanket, and after much effort they gave it to me.
Shower broke on the third day. The hose was not changed for a long time, but after I unscrewed the hose and went to the reception with it, a plumber was sent to me and he changed the hose.

In terms of nutrition - a lot of dishes but completely monotonous nutrition. Every day is the same. Last year we lived in a three star hotel which was also all inclusive. So - the food was, according to my impressions, about the same with this one. Well, maybe a little better. For a person who does not eat meat, there is not much choice. One - two dishes without meat + vegetable cuts + fruits without exotics, such as apples, oranges, from time to time grapes, melons (not tasty) and bananas, as well as watermelons and pears. There were also peaches. For breakfast, a huge number of egg dishes. Once I saw a strawberry out of the corner of my eye, but it ended so quickly that it caused bewilderment why it was necessary to give it at all, if a handful of people who were among the first in the canteen could take it... sorry - the restaurant; )
WiFi - forget about photos and videos, only text messages with this connection quality...
In general, the hotel pulls not for 5 stars, but for a four, well, in the corridors, the carpeting is, to put it mildly, tired. Service is also not 5 stars. But in general, there was no unpleasant sediment left and everything is fine, in fact, especially if you take into account that the water park is good and the sea is wonderful... True, pebbles with sand and the depth is sharp and fast... For children, the sea is more difficult... But there is a pool... So children are happy. Well, so do we.
