I will say right away - those who have been in real 5+ hotels will absolutely not like it. Who was at 4 and 5 - maybe nothing
The hotel is new, however, very absurdly long. I never paid much attention to room cleaning, restaurant service. But the cleaning was so bad, or rather, it didn’t exist at all, that...
It is located on the very outskirts of Belek, only Crystal Paraiso is farther away, there is nothing nearby, there is a small market, three kilometers to Belek itself, there is NO dolmush to Belek, only to Serik, where there is also nothing interesting.

Beach and sea. The beach is nice with a lot of sunbeds, enough for everyone. Sand and pebbles, but the entrance is made of sharp stones, their ridge is about 2-3 meters wide, then sand, but immediately deep. Children will not be able to splash at the edge of the shore. The water is warm, but muddy, often with such waves that it is impossible to swim. There is a pier from which you can jump. On the beach - a canteen, poured beer and a miserable assortment of food left after yesterday's lunch and breakfast - vile pizza, hot dogs with meatballs.
Food. Not 5+ at all. There is meat, but everything is in some pieces, it looks like they were cut from the bones in sauces and gravies. There is no grill at all! There is no fish - a couple of times they gave a bony fish. There are enough fruits - watermelons, melons, apples, oranges, peaches, cherries.
Sweets are all on the same face and taste, I haven’t eaten them for a long time. But there is a good patisserie on the ground floor - there is a huge selection of pastries and cakes plus Turkish coffee in the sand. Breakfast is standard.
Alcohol. There is only one 24-hour bar - in the lobby, the rest until 11 or 12 at night. No ultra all inclusive. No imported drinks, everything is local. To pour a Martini, you had to endure real fights. In general, the set is standard for threes or fours.
Contingent. When we left, there were 40 percent Kazakhs, 40 percent Turks (from the village, in headscarves and pants), 10 percent Russians, and a few Germans and British. A very bad sign.
Children. There are a lot of them, for them there is a fantastic water town, slides and all the conditions. BUT... Their huge accumulation in the pools has already led to cases of infection there through the water with Escherichia coli. Children before the trip now do not undergo any examinations, do they? And if the Russians and graters still inspire some confidence in the level of pediatrics, then the Kazakhs... Their children are completely wild in behavior, they can push them away from the counter in ice cream, one even swore at me. Walking without any supervision, in the first hour of the night in the lobby bar they sit at the counters and at the tables.
Service is terrible!!!!
I will answer all questions.
