Stayed with my husband in this hotel. The weather was +29-+31, sea +28-+24. there was no rain.
When checking in, they tried to settle us closer to the road (noisy) - we refused, because the prospect of living for 12 nights somehow did not suit us, and asked for something quieter. And we were offered options - even worse and everything is near the road! I can’t call it a good attitude towards the guest, the bet was that we would get bored and we would take the first option. Only from the 4th time, given our perseverance, we got room 4204 on the 4th floor in the main building (quiet). Subsequently, I repeatedly observed the same situation with other guests and they all, of course, speak Russian.
The room is basic, nothing outstanding, but everything is ok. Slippers, bathrobes, bath accessories - everything is ok. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided free of charge upon request. There is no iron and ironing board in the room. Hairdryer antediluvian, but dries normally. When cleaning the bed was decorated only twice and the tip did not stimulate this process. I rarely go to Turkey, maybe now it's not fashionable? Late check-out for changing clothes, etc. was given a room on the 1st floor (1113) - it smelled very damp, misted windows, the smell permeated all the clothes for 1 hour of stay, so I do not recommend rooms on the 1st floor in the main building.

The food, in my opinion, is excellent (both meat, and fish, and seafood, and fresh juices). Breakfast is served only in the main restaurant. You can dine in the main restaurant and in 3 other restaurants (they have a menu from 12.00 to 17.00, but you order as much as you like). We liked the Galeon on the beach the best. Dinner - in the main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants (each can be visited free of charge once every 7 days). Of the a la carte restaurants, we really liked the Italian and Pescado.
Pescado serves a very tasty steak, which you have the opportunity to fry to the degree of roasting that you like. I recommend! In the Turkish "Harem" service was, to put it mildly, not very good. Drinks in the hotel are of foreign origin and of good quality. Wines only Turkish production, unfortunately. There were cases in which they poured not Disarrono, and did not understand what, but after the tip they poured Disarrono. These are isolated cases, but in a hotel that claims a certain level (and where the price corresponds to the declared level), this should not be a priori.
The hotel itself is very large beautiful and well maintained. Walking on it is a pleasure. Near the river, but mosquitoes were never met.
Entry into the sea is not very good - a mixture of sand, small and large pebbles, stones the size of a fist. The wooden flooring to the sea is not laid and during the day you have to run to the sea along the sand, hot as coal. Of course, there is a pier and you can enter the sea from it, but for a hotel positioning itself as a Premium, you must admit, such an entry into the sea is not comme il faut. The sun loungers are comfortable. The hotel is very focused on children, so do not expect silence on the beach. There are not many kids here, but a lot!
Evening animation is beyond praise. And live music, and shows, and disco.
Prices for excursions, car rental, individual transfer are overpriced (well, Premium! ). So car rental at the hotel is min. 80-85 euros, on the Internet from Belek they drove it to the hotel for 55 euros. An individual transfer to the airport from the operator (by minibus, not by premium car) - 65 euros, and a taxi - 40 euros. Feeling - "hit the sucker on takeoff. "
They did a photo shoot at the hotel - hack-hack. Of the 300 shots (taken at space speed, it can be seen that he was in a hurry somewhere), they barely took 27 more or less and this is for 10 euros a photo (the initial price is 15 euros).

There were nice personal moments. We had a family holiday and the hotel congratulated us with a cake and a bottle of our Ukrainian sparkling wine in the room. That evening we went to an a la carte restaurant and there we were congratulated with another cake. A trifle, but nice!
My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers for me at the hotel. The bouquet was luxurious. Florists, bravo!
I did hair styling in the hotel (40 euros). The hairdresser is a great fellow! The styling was super and it's only 30 minutes!
COVID-19 - all staff are wearing masks, beach towels are packed in polyethylene, there are markings, umbrellas with sun loungers are at a distance of about 1.5-2 meters on the beach, kitchen utensils are served packed, upon arrival the room is disinfected and sealed, there are antiseptics everywhere, on Wet wipes and disposable masks lie at every step, in restaurants (including the buffet), waiters impose everything - without limiting the number.
Of course, I recommend the hotel if the above nuances are not critical for you!
