A mixed feeling from my last vacation at this hotel prompted me to write a review.

About Us.
The number of vacationers is five married couples who know each other, with children from 2.5 to 13 years old. Only 10 adults and 6 children.
Almost everyone has already rested in this hotel before, and even several times, which, at least, speaks of positive impressions over the past years. Among the hotels in Belek, the hotel Letuniya, in recent years, has been the best choice in terms of price, service and range of services provided. This fully confirms the rating of the hotel on various online tourism projects.
The main conditions for choosing a hotel were the presence of a children's miniclub, a close beach and several swimming pools, free SPA, free Wi-Fi, a small football field.

About the tour operator
This year I had to go through the newly organized tour operator Transaerotur instead of the usual Sunrise.

The reasons are banal - the cost of the ticket. A ticket for two adults, for 14 nights, at the end of February 2014, cost 105.000 rubles with a charter flight by Transaero. Through Sunrise it turned out more expensive, by 10-15%, and this is with EARLY BOOKING in February! In Turkey, Transaerotour is represented by FIT Holidays(AKAY). The local guide of this tour operator is not constantly at the hotel, but declares his readiness to help on the phone in any matter and appear to solve problems within 1-2 hours. Once the guide called the room to make sure there were no problems, which in principle was not required, since everything in the hotel is clear, and what is not clear is easily solved with the help of a receptionist who understands Russian. As for all sorts of transportation - minibuses, familiar to Turkey "Mercedes". Unfortunately, drivers, just as typically, do not always follow the rules of the road when transporting passengers.

About the rooms.
This year we were all settled in the rooms of the main building. It was like this: having arrived at the hotel around 12-00 o'clock, after filling out the necessary documents and collecting vouchers, I had to spend another 1.5-2 hours at the reception waiting for my rooms. True, it is worth noting that you can leave your suitcases at the reception and go to the hotel for lunch, which we did. No wristbands are used to identify hotel guests.
I note that in the main building, apparently this winter, repairs were made. The rooms are clean, brand new, very decent, especially against the background of the bungalows, which, judging by the past years, have not been renovated for a long time.
But unfortunately, there was also a fly in the ointment in the barrel of honey. Locks have been replaced in the rooms since the renovation. They were opened by an adult with difficulty. For a child to open the room was an impossible task. As a result, two families with children had to look for locksmiths through the reception at a late hour to open the door.
In the future, some of the locks were adjusted, and the rest of the vacationers had to develop the habit of correctly pushing the door when entering the room.
Another failure befell the "Soviet athletes": the telephone did not work in one of the rooms. This is very inconvenient if you are relaxing in a large company, where there are many children who are constantly running around the hotel and it is difficult to understand at what point they are currently located. Therefore, to search for them, I had to connect everyone, and this is most conveniently done by phone. Unfortunately, the phone did not work until the end of the holiday.
In the main building of the hotel there is another disadvantage - the presence of a round-the-clock bar in the lobby. In the bar, companies of German or Russian tourists constantly hang out, communicating very loudly until three or even five in the morning.

At the same time, the acoustics of the hall is such that loud laughter can be heard from the first or second floor in the rooms located near the main hall, up to the 6th floor. If this bothers you, then it’s better to immediately change the room, no one will ask late guests to be quieter.

About the kitchen.
This year, the occupancy of the hotel for the May holidays seemed to be more than usual, mainly due to the Germans. At the same time, the weather was quite bad, it was often overcast and, as a result, hotel guests tried to take tables indoors for dinner, which led to constant problems finding free tables. The food is of a very good standard. Everything is delicious and varied. Thanks to the chef of the hotel.
In the morning, you can squeeze natural orange juice yourself. For small children, it is possible to heat their food in the microwave, use a mixer to make puree, have soup and milk porridge at any time.
Fruits in May - apples, oranges, kiwi, pears, strawberries, watermelon. A couple of times for dinner there were grilled tuna steaks.

About sport.
The opening of the season in this hotel is usually May 1st. From this moment, all hotel services begin to fully function. We managed to play football only once in 2 weeks. The mini football field is located on the beach, has a grass surface. After the first game, on the second day of the stay, the management decided to re-sow the field with grass, although the surface was in good condition. Sowed and stopped letting vacationers on it. It seemed that the hotel was not yet ready by the beginning of the season.
Courts - five pieces with different surfaces, you buy once for 20.4 tennis balls, and then you can play as much as you like. Rackets for free. Ping-pong and billiards used to be located next to the main entrance to the main building, on the terrace, which was always shaded.
This year, the tables were taken to a far corner and placed next to an outdoor toilet, in the sun. There is aerobics, there is a basketball court, there is a small golf course, everything is maintained and in good condition.

About cleaning.

The room was not cleaned on the second day. At the reception they suggested that we hung a “do not disturb” sign, we had to constantly hang a “clean the room” sign. The third day, having thrown dirty bathrobes on the floor, they did not receive new ones, I had to contact the reception again. Toilet paper was running out before our eyes, no new one was expected, as a result, the paper ran out to zero. Friends' balcony was “stained” with birds and bats, they waited a week for cleaning the balcony, other friends had a test bull in an ashtray on the balcony for a week.
It seems that the first week there was a shift of stupid or lazy cleaners, and on the second week a new shift came out, which began to clean as it should be in a five-star hotel, although with the new shift one day we were left without cleaning for an unclear reason.

About the beach and pools.
Letunija has a good set of pools for every taste and color, as well as a nice big beach. There are a couple of water slides. The SPA has a small, indoor pool. For small children there is a mini-pool and small entries in large pools.
In past years, the exchange of beach towels was in two places - one at the entrance to the beach, the second near the main pool. It was convenient to change the towel right on the beach or hand it in there so as not to drag it to the room, and this year the exchange was carried out at one point, near the water slides.
Also this year, something strange happened to the mattresses for beach chairs, for some reason they are 2 times less than the sun loungers themselves, as a result, from time to time I had to look for an unoccupied deck chair with a mattress.

About the territory.
The territory of the hotel is quite large. There are a lot of trees with large crowns that provide a lot of shade. Lots of beautiful flowers, flower beds, ornamental shrubs. An artificial river flows through the territory. Everything is clean, well-groomed and trimmed. One of the important features of the territory is that it is difficult for a child to get anywhere from it. All options for exiting the territory, one way or another, are obtained under the control of employees. For several years of rest, there were several cases when the hotel staff brought overplayed and lost children to the reception to hand them over to their parents.

About wifi.
The first eight days from the rooms and from the street it was almost impossible to use it.

The Internet worked well only at the first reception near the entrance to the hotel, apparently due to the remoteness from all users. In the end, the Internet in the room became better, but steadily stopped working. Apparently, the hotel chain is poorly designed for the increased number of users.

About bars and bartenders.
The hotel operates the UltraAll Inclusive scheme, which includes an unlimited number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks produced in Turkey. The bartenders and waiters are friendly and always try to be as efficient as possible. The Russian language, within the limits of ordering drinks and the simplest food, is understood by all bartenders. But there are exceptions to the rule. For several years of rest, almost all of us had to repeatedly encounter the same bartender, who clearly does not like a Russian-speaking tourist. At the bar, you will be the last to be served, even if you arrive earlier than the others.
English will help speed up the service a little, while this bartender understands Russian well. If a German and a Russian tourist sit side by side at the tables in the lobby, then the Russian tourist will most likely not be noticed. One evening, it came to direct remarks to us about using a glass as an ashtray, despite the fact that an hour earlier the same bartender refused us a request for an ashtray, while smoking was carried out in a designated smoking area. When analyzing the conflict at the reception, they apologized to us, but pretended that they could not understand what kind of bartender they were talking about. It is strange that a bartender with such behavior continued to work at the hotel for the fourth year in a row.

As a summary, I can say that if we discard the roughness of this year's holiday, the hotel continues to be a worthy hotel for a family holiday, while having an adequate price.
Part of the roughness is probably due to the fact that the season is just beginning, but in past years, when relaxing in a hotel at the same time, there were fewer small problems and shortcomings.
