The hotel is very good, even there is nothing to complain about... everything is almost perfect: the beach (there are enough sun loungers and deck chairs for everyone), staff, food, fruits, fresh juices, alcohol (beer - tuborg, whiskey - balantays, chivas, jamesson, etc. ). etc. , rum - Havana... , cocktails - majitos, etc... ), the rooms were cleaned well, daily replenishment of the mini bar, every day a concert, good animation (also every day a new program, competitions, sports games and etc. . . ), very friendly staff - special thanks to the waiter ALI - the guy really tried for vacationers, very clean and well-groomed territory, a wonderful spa center (four baths, a gym, a swimming pool), all the pluses probably can not be described....
For a long time I have not seen such a hotel in which you understand for what you really paid...
But on the penultimate day, we were spoiled by the hotel doctor, who cannot be called a doctor at all....(In a simple situation - water got into the ear, you just had to look, not to treat, I was interested in whether it was a cork or not)....He practically never happens at work, but once we found him at the workplace), in our case, when contacting him (we were given a phone call with him), he stupidly advised calling for insurance, etc.... i. e. . you can dress any person you meet in a white coat and call him a doctor, the benefits of him are "0" !! ! and at the same time, he is also rude and rude - I really cursed with him (there was even a desire to make him a physical remark)....for objections - this is a five-star hotel, etc. medical help 24 hours he was nervous, indignant - how was he disturbed and said that the hotel did not order him, etc.... how do such people take the Hippocratic oath ? ? in front of me to measure the temperature of another person - they gave an old thermometer wrapped in adhesive tape..... maybe this is the attitude towards Ukrainians and Russians??

The hotel administrator did not help us in this matter, the doctor lives some kind of his own life....
This incident is the only small minus, which, in principle, did not spoil our impression of the hotel and the rest. . .
Everything else is 5 stars, honestly. . .
