ОТЕЛЬ 5 ЗВЕЗД-ЗАСЛУЖЕННО 5 STAR HOTEL - DESERVED

in Letoonia for the first time. Dates from September 16 to October 1.2017 Room 2022.
I really want to share my experience. Let's start in order:
1. We drove from the airport to the hotel in 40 minutes. Settled quickly, Asked for a room in the main building (Rested further explain why) said no. We had originally booked a bungalow, so they did not insist on asking for the 2nd floor. They took us to our bungalow and here I regretted asking for the second floor. All bungalow buildings are 3-storey and the stairs to the floors are very steep, the steps are narrow and high. So it is very difficult for the elderly to go up to the room. There is also a problem with suitcases, it’s very problematic to lift to the top (although a hotel worker lifted us up, he lifted our suitcases in his arms. ) On the day of departure, we ourselves, together with my husband, lowered our suitcases, since the weight of the suitcase doubled (gained gifts) and we were afraid that the hotel worker can't handle. We hope that the hotel management will solve this small problem.

2. We liked the room. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bed is very large and comfortable, chair bed. Linen, towels white bathrobes, slippers. We did not understand whether we changed the bedding or not, it was just that it was always perfectly white. Room cleaning is impeccable, not a speck of dust. The bar was replenished daily. Also in the room there are kettles, along with the replenishment of the bar, tea, coffee, sugar.
3. The territory of the hotel. For all the years that we have been traveling to Turkey (since 2010), this is the first hotel with such a large and beautiful territory. You can talk about it and talk about it. The whole territory is in pine trees, in flowers, pomegranate trees, oranges, bananas. Streams flow along the lawns, small waterfalls, with sculptures of flamingos and turtles on them. There are sculptures throughout. And when watering is turned on, it's like in a fairy tale. By the way, all the trees, sculptures, waterfalls are illuminated at night. It's very very beautiful.
4. Many bungalows have pools under the windows. There is also a large pool with slides.
5. Restaurant - The restaurant has a large assortment of dishes, and most importantly, everything is delicious, you can always find something for yourself. Thank you chefs
6. The beach is large, clean, well maintained. The water is clear even when the waves are strong.
